Another good example of how you cannot read a book by its cover. This place has exceeded my expectations. I found myself sitting in front of this establishment from a recommendation through fellow coworkers. From the outside it look like a perfect location to receive a cocktail of pathogens with a sprinkle of mad cow disease. As we stepped into the lobby there was already a hand full of individuals waiting for to go orders. My entourage was greeted with smile and she took our order immediately!....The folks working the front counter were hoppin l like they were filming for a Shawn T insanity video! Lol! I ordered the General Tso spicy chicken for 9 bucks!. While I waited I peeped the dining area! I think Jesus musta had his last supper here! Because the area was pretty outdated. As I grabbed my order and walked out I noticed the 99 health score! (Hell yeah!... I guess, I am! Going to see another day after eating this!) Back at the work site with my lunch!.. It was hotter than lava! Very well seasoned and fat boy, first plate at the buffet, proportions!.... This restaurant maybe a hole in the wall!....but definitely know how to fill the hole in your stomach!

Racists and rude so, if youre colored stay away from this place! I used to visit this restaurant every now and then as I was working nearby. Ive been observing these guys for over a year about how they treat their customers very biased, particularly, in regards to colored versus otherwise and natives versus foreigners. Myself being colored and foreigner I have mostly felt I was unwelcomed but todays was too much that I couldnt put up with them any longer. One of their employees at the front desk who I spoke to was very rude to me ("unfriendly" doesnt describe it enough). I tried to understand it maybe she had a bad day and went inside to dine in anyway. However, this same employee attended to a couple of diners who arrived a little after me and she became totally different and was friendly, smiling, polite and what-not. Bingo! Then it wasnt she has had a bad day as I had thought earlier but its because she is only rude and racist toward people that are colored and foreigners. I am not going back to there any more. If you are colored or colored and foreigner dont go there to save yourself from mistreatment and having a bad taste in your mouth.

It was ok. Made for a quick lunch but nothing was outstanding about the service or food other than it made it to the table faster than most places. There was still an excessive amount of food for lunch, it would be nice to order half that amount or even less. In the middle of the work day and as a traveling sales rep, I have no office fridge to store it in so I couldnt take any to go but there was still SO much left that it made me feel guilty for wasting. I always put in a special order of veggies for my Chinese food since Im a picky eater, so I at least know my beef fried rice was made somewhat fresh to my needs and not just thrown out of a heated container.

We ordered at 6:30pm and was told it would be 30 min wait. We got our food ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER! No phone call or apology. We were in the hotel 2 blocks Away! They also had asked for my 3 digit security code on my credit card. They were the ONLY place that had my actual credit card number and GUESS WHAT....MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY CALL! FRAUDULANT CHARGES FROM Atlanta showed up on my cc. The only good thing about this place was the food was actually good. Bad employees can kill your restaurant even if the food is good.

Been going here for years, as I used to work near by. Now, though I have a new job father away, I will still make my way to this restaurant once in a while to have my favorite dishes. I have not found a restaurant that meats or beats this establishment in taste, service, or price... So, it is always a treat to come here. Love the staff! I am bias because they know me though..... but, they are friendly even still! Wonton Soup is awesome!!!

Literally the best Chinese food Ive ever had! My fiancé and I were visiting town and drove 15 minutes to this restaurant based off the good reviews. We had Hunan Beef + Broccoli, spicy orange chicken, and an egg roll. If you like spice you must try their homemade spicy mustard! We will return anytime we are back in Atlanta.

Serving size is very huge. Cheap price, especially during lunch time. The flavor is okay. I ordered beef LO-MIEN, and I expect the thin, narrow, curly Cantonese style LO-MIEN, but actually it was something like CHOW-MIEN, which was a little disappointed. Beef was soft and silky.

Traditional American Chinese cuisine but the people are humble and nice. Family owned from what I can tell. Im on a budget and this place delivered on good food. I wish they could do more traditional Chinese food or dim sum I bet it would be good if they did.

We live in College Park and hadnt been to Happy Buddha for some time. Not sure why. We used their online menu last week. It worked great. And the food was REALLY good. I went online tonight to order again. It was the best egg fu yung I have had .... EVER!

The food is great and the service is better than one might expect for such an inexpensive menu. The cook times are exceptionally fast; especially given the fact you can tell (by heat and taste) that everything is prepared to order. No soggy egg rolls here!

I stopped here just after Hurricane Irma came through. This was one of very few establishments open as there were wide-spread power outages. I was informed that the wait was very long. I had my food in 15 minutes!! These guys do a wonderful job!!

Surprisingly great! From appetizers to soup, to main dish. We ordered crab rangoons and fried wontons - it was very good! The sweet and sour chicken was great! It wasnt hard not soggy. My schezwan scallops was also delicious! Great price too!

Why wait an hour or more for pizza when you can get some really good food here cheaper? I was going to get some pizza but decided Chinese instead. really friendly and fast delivery right to my hotel room! and very hot and fresh food too.

My guy and I ate here. Food and service was wonderful. It was hard for us to find a good Chinese restaurant in the Camp Creek area. We are glad we gambled. The reviews helped a lot. A wonderful meal on a soggy Fall evening

Ive worked near the airport and have patronized this restaurant quite often. The service is fast and the food is fresh. Its not fine-dining but they do have some tasty dishes. I recommend the Beef with green beans for lunch.

My husband and I have eaten from the Happy Buddha Resturant many times and find their food to be fair and very pleasant people within.. Will continue to patronize until aotherwise..
