This place has gone down hill. Have ordered several times before and the food has gotten worse every time. Ordered tonight and the food had a burnt smell and taste to it. My wife and I had been traveling all day and wanted something quick and easy so we ordered. After struggling to choke down half of the meal, we could go no further without dry heaving. We called the resturaunt and they said they would be right out to give a cash refund, although I had paid with my card. Ok, good, thanks. 30 minutes pass, no one to show. Called again. They said he would be here in 5 minutes (they are just a few blocks up the road) the person, supposedly the owner started inspecting and smelling the food and argued with me that there was nothing wrong with it and due to the quantity consumed, he would only give a partial refund in the form of a meal credit on our next order. After he continued to argue with me about the quality of our food and refund offer, I just told him to forget it. Our business with them is done. There are too many of these places around to not get good food delivered. Two hours later, I can still taste the scorched food taste in my mouth. Yuck and Good luck.

First Time = Last Time So my wife and I decide to go here on Labor day because its open late. I order shrimp Lo Mein and she orders General Tsos chicken for pickup. Were told it will be ready in 15 minutes. We were already in the car and nearby so we stop by about 5 minutes after placing our order to pay and wait for it to be ready. Well, it was finished right when we got there. At first, I was pleased with how fast the food was ready, but after we took it home, and began eating that speed comes with sacrifice. The Lo Mein was nothing more than spaghetti noodles stir fried with bite-sized shrimp and veggies...disappointing. Go to Chop Suey carryout if you want good Lo Mein. And the General Tsos Chicken was disgusting. It tasted like it was cooked in dirty oil....like someone had deep fried some chicken skin and let it sit under a heat lamp for several hours. Now my wife and I arent picky eaters, but she could barely take another bite, let alone finish the thing. I cant believe we paid $22 for this crap! ugh! Idk about the rest of their dishes, but first impressions are lasting impressions and we will NOT be going back.

This is seriously the best Chinese food that I have tried in the Dayton area! The food here has always been excellent. You can tell that their food is very high quality. I have never found a chewy piece of chicken out of any of the times I have been there. The hot and sour soup and the general tsaos chicken are the best I have ever had. They are very fast and the prices are reasonable. Also, its more of a carryout place, not for dining in. If you are in the Chinese mood, you should give this place a try.

It used to be good, not great. Now it is horrible. It is sometimes very dirty. I witnessed food on the floor and a child eating it. That right there was a stomach turner. My last take out food was truly "mystery food" that in no way tasted or resembled what I ordered. When I called and told them the food was bad, their response was "too bad, thats what we serve." So, okay, I know to never go back there. Plenty of great Chinese and Asian food around, but not Dragon One.

I ordered Broccoli in Garlic sauce and got Chicken with mixed vegetables in Garlic sauce. I cannot eat chicken so I had to pick out the chicken and Im allergic to mushrooms and had to pick out those as well so i was only left with left than half of what I could eat which was not worth the 8 dollars i paid for. The garlic sauce was good and my delivery was only 25 minutes. I always try a place twice so hopefully next time i order i will get what i actually order.

I tried some Garlic Shrimp and I love it. The rice was cooked perfectly and the flavor was just right. The shrimp lo mein was ok. I think it was a little too dry, but it was the first time I had it where it wasnt completely watered down and ruined, unlike places such as Timmys Wok, so it was still a plus. The prices are eh, chinese restaurants tend to be too expensive to me in general for the portions you get. Still, Id recommend it.

This was the first time that we had ordered from Dragon One online. They called us to verify, and also to let us know when they were ready to deliver. The food arrived hot; everything was delicious - 1 order crab rangoon, 1 order steamed dumplings and a large mu shu pork. We had plenty for the two of us at lunch, and then a full meal at dinner. We liked it very much, and plan to order from them again.

I started going to Dragon One because they have shrimp toast, very few restaurants in this area make it. The shrimp toast has been rather good until lately, it is very greasy. Other items have been good, except for the boneless spareribs. We ordered them last week and they were tough and dry with an odd taste. The house fried rice, mongolian beef and egg drop soup were all good.

Not bad at all. I dont get where the bad reviews are coming from. I ordered delivery this evening. It arrived in about 45 minutes, everything tastes fine. No complaints on flavor at all. I was even pleasantly surprised by the amount of shrimp in the House Specialty Fried Rice. No complaints. Standard Chinese Takeout/Delivery. Fulfilled my craving perfectly.

Ordered on 1/24/17 for the first time. Used online ordering. Everything was ready to go when I picked it up...Hot & Sour soup, vegetable lo mein, vegetable mix in brown sauce, szechuan chicken. It was all very good. Good flavor without a salty taste. I esp enjoyed the soup and the vegetable mix. Will order from here again.

This place has really gone downhill lately. The type of noodles used in the lo mein has changed. Most of the time they are out of snow pees, and the last time i ordered the shrimp with broccoli, there was a film of what looked like yellow oil just swimming at the top of my food. It was disgusting.

I used to love this place, but something has changed. I ordered chicken cashew the other day, and it was horrible. The chicken used to be hand-cut on-site, but now it appears it is some frozen pre-cut dark meat in a horrible batter. You can barely taste the chicken within the crunchy batter - Yuck!!!

The prices I paid were not the prices listed. I asked for no mushrooms and got mushrooms, possibly extra mushrooms. My egg drop soup wasnt fresh by any means had those lumps it gets after being refrigerated. Would recommend going 2 miles in any direction for better chinese.

This place is so damn rude the lady as me to hurry up with my order because she is busy I cussed her out and hung up. Then i called back and ask for the manager and it was the same person I spoke to.
