Put in an order online and paid with a card, thinking that theyd bring a receipt where we could put the tip like MOST businesses do! My wife answers the door and he immediately asks, ASKS where his tip is that he needs cash. My wife tells him we dont have any cash and he seriously asked why not and said again he needed a tip in cash. She asked for a receipt to leave a tip on the card and he rolled his eyes and shook his head and said he needed cash. Even though he was rude as hell I felt bad until I opened our food to find we had ordered THREE orders of sweet and sour chicken and there wasnt a single tub of sweet n sour sauce! We ordered over $60.00 in food and it was absolutely disgusting. The order of Kung Pao chicken was all peanuts and mushrooms and no chicken and all the rice was crunchy! You will NEVER receive service from us a again.

I was extremely dissatisfied with our food from Jin Jin. We ordered delivery and they forgot our fried noodles and then when we went to eat our food we felt nauseated because it was so bad. My husband ordered orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken had obviously gone bad and they cooked it anyway. The fried rice was not fried rice at all, it was just rice with soy sauce added. In addition to feeling nauseated from our food, everything was also extremely bland. Because the food was so bad, I decided to take it back for a refund. They refused to give me a refund, stating, "Our food is good, its not old." They obviously dont care about serving good food and providing good service, they are just trying to cut corners and get all the money they can.

The food is ok but they fail to tell you that they charge all these little hidden fees and the pricing is more than shown on the site. A meal for one, delivered 1.6 miles away ended up costing $18.50. $2.99 delivery charge, the chefs specialties have an extra charge for rice with it (the guy didnt mention that he just asked if i wanted white or fried rice like it automatically came with it.) I wont order from them again. Id rather have broccoli a little too crisp from golden wok than eat from this place again! Oh, and the fried rice that cost extra was only rice, not the usual fried rice you would expect....no peas, crrots, egg, NOTHING!

I will never order from this restaurant again. It took two hours to get my food. When I called and checked on my order the woman that answered the phone said "why dont you just come pick it up?". After I got my food they had already filled out the credit card slip with a 40% tip. When I called to speak to the manager he was very rude and told me it was my fault for not giving the woman my correct address when I gave it to her 9 times. Awful, AWFUL restaurant.

There was three of us eating tonight and not one had a decent meal, we asked for fried dumplings and he repeated it to me and still didnt add them to the order, my sweet and sour chicken was burnt, the fried rice was TERRIBLE and even the white rice felt over cooked or old not to forget their soggy egg rolls. Always praised some Jins Jins, first time I get my man to eat it and they ruined Chinese food for all of us.

Got delivery of them for dinner tonight. Family ordered three different meals and we were all very satisfied with them except I think the General Tsos should be spicier. The fried rice was great and the egg rolls were done to perfection ( most delivery ive had they send the old or burnt ones out. These were great). Over all a good experience.

The food was good, the service over the phone was okay. But Im well aware that it doesnt take TWO people to deliver food. That basically tells me that my delivery driver picked someone up before bringing me my food. Thats why I only tipped 1$ .. I could hear them from my balcony saying "what did you get?" The deliver girl said "a fing dollar"

This place is amazing! It has been under new management since September of 2012, and the food is delicious and ordering online is convenient and reliable. I cant say enough good things about it! My wife and I order from Jin Jin at least twice a week and it is consistently wonderful. Dont hesitate to give this place a try. You wont regret it.

Ive been eating Jin Jin for a few years now, and have never had anything except great food and service, until today. The fried rice is horrible, white with a few pieces of egg and chicken. The chicken is overcooked, and the flavor is not the same as it has been in the past. I think this may be my last time I order from this restaurant.

I ordered food there last night and was so disappointed . I have been told by other people they are not as good as they use to be and I must say they are right. I got the chicken with rice and red sauce all I could taste was breading no chicken at all. I think I will go to the place in Tates Creek Center when I want Chinese food.

Great food, great service, reasonable price, delivery is also very fast, and I have tried many other different Chinese restaurants and this is the best. The general Tso chicken is the best in the Lexington I think,and other dishes are also delicious and fresh. I will suggest Jinjin restaurant to all my friends

Incompetence from top to bottom. Ask them why they wont accept the Discover card theyve taken for your last 4 orders and listen the lies and nonsense. Just be honest with people. Possibly apologize to someone for the inconvenience? Maybe try to provide a logical explanation to your customers...

The best take out Chinese food in town !!! Weve tried it all and Jin Jin is the best. Not all General Tsos and Sesame Chicken (is created equal). Jin Jin takes it to the next level. Fantastic tofu dishes, great Mongolian Beef, great hot & sour and Wonton soups. We dont go anywhere else.

We ordered some food upon delivery i opened the container went for a bite pulled a hair out of my mouth on first bite. Called in and he argued that the hair couldnt of came from them it was a sealed container. And the food was soggy never again a waste of 30 dollars for two meals

Said they delivered to my address. I payed with credit card. Waited an hour. Didnt receive my food so I called back. They told me that they didnt deliver to my address. And charged me anyways. And its been a few hours and they have still not refunded my credit card.

I used to be a HUGE fan of Jin Jin!! However the past two times Ive ordered delivery, Ive end up getting sick the entire next day: vomiting & diarrhea. Guess well be looking for a new Chinese delivery in Lexington.

Second time Ive ordered from them - both times they "forgot" to put in the beverage I ordered. General Tsos chicken was dried out and heavily breaded. This place sucks for delivery, dont know about dining in.

I love fresh, flavorful, and fast delivery. Jin Jin should make this their slogan. My favorites are: General Tsos, Hot & Sour Soup, House Lo Mein, and Hot & Spicy Beef. Havent had one bad experiment yet!
