I called to place a to go order in which the person answered the phone,"Chinese Buddha, hold" and put me on hold w/o time for even giving a response, and when she came back I asked if she had peppered steak in which she said "yes, delivery or carry out?" I responded,"carry out", "fried or white rice", I replied, "fried", then she say "give it ten minutes" and I said, "wait thats not all Im ordering", and then she RUDELY responded as if I was inconveniencing HER, "what else do you want?" I then inquired about the spring rolls and if they had them, and she said,"yes, we have spring and vegetable", and I asked,"whats the difference between spring and vegetable?",she said something so quickly about chicken and shrimp and cabbage that I couldnt tell which one she was referring to that had chicken, shrimp or cabbage, and when I asked again she seemed to get even nastier on the phone. All in all I will not be going back here because when I went to pick up my food and asked who was it that I was speaking to on the phone the girl told me its two people who take phone orders and when I told her my name for my order she said she took my order and then I said that her phone etiquette wasnt friendly at all, and in a very snobby retort she says OKAY, your total is $20.91, with no apology for her actions at all, and she still expected me to pay for food with that attitude!!! PLEASE! I dont eat food where the service is disgusting, because you never know whats in your food, and they can claim its not their fault, and its obvious that shes been reported many times before and shes so high on her horse as a "manager"(after I asked for him or her) that she doesnt care about anything, and thats horrible considering this is a place thats open late at night. Theyll loose a lot of customers dues to her attitude.. as the saying goes, you catch more flies with honey, than vinegar...

I tried to order takeout from them this past Saturday night. After being hung up on TWICE, I finally got somebody to stay on the line long enough to take my order (and I still had to repeat my credit card info and my order twice because the girl put me on hold for 10 minutes right after I was done saying it all and apparently everything was lost when she got back). I waited for an hour and half before calling to see what happened to my food. Their response was vague and uninformative, and all they could tell me was that their driver left a half hour ago and there were no orders yet to be filled. So I waited another 30 minutes before canceling my order. I thought maybe the terrible service was just due to a busy Saturday night, so I tried again tonight. The food successfully made it to my door this time, but I honestly regret that it did. The "egg fried rice" was completely flavorless and I came across one tiny shred of egg before giving up on it about halfway through the container. Instead of the spring rolls I ordered, they gave me some sort of egg roll with mystery meat inside. The chicken lo mein was inedible. Its a complete shame that such a prime location is wasted on such a terrible place!

okay i have been doing delivery orders for the past two years from this location and never had a problem until i ordered on Sunday 11/23. Im not sure if it was under new management but when I got me order it was terrible. I have been order the same thing for Two years this time it appeared my ordered was re-cooked and not what i was normal to receive. I did call to advise what was happening and when I called they wanted me to drive over and return what as not up to the regular standards for two pasts years. I ordered 2 fried wings they were re-fried.I order shrimp lo- mien and the Thai rice and that was the only thing that was different on my two year order and it was terrible. I always get the wings because they were always good and this time they looked terrible like they were re-fried. I called and he girl who took my order like she was not really awake. So it took 30 minuets to get to me and it looked like they re-fried and it was terrible.l will never order from them again and I threw my food in the garbage. The entire order because it was terrible. Horrible!!!!!! Get a new person to get the orders and know what they are doing and what to prepare to your customers.

My husband and I usually order here when we have a craving for Chinese take out. Usually we have no problems, however not yesterday. We both were feeling pretty sick so my husband ordered us a ton of soup and some entrees. When I went to pick it up the lady said "This is a lot of soup." I laughed and said "yeah my husband loves soup and were both sick. " She replied "Arent you Asian? Most Asians love to cook at home, you could have cooked this at home." I was super taken aback and when I arrived home to tell my husband what she had said, he told me she had also made comments to him insinuating that he was ordering a lot of soup and food. I understand that it is a different culture, but I didnt think it was custom to offend people by the amount of food they are ordering and for not cooking at home. In no way are we overweight or obese people and she just food shamed us and made me feel bad about being anice Asian that doesnt cook soup at home. When we called to management what happened she just replied "I was just trying to talk to your wife." Way to appreciate our business.

Only TAKE OUT after 1. - Sunday night - very disappointed to see they say they are open til 6am- many open tables with dirty dishes and it looked like most people who were sitting were waiting for checks - was told they only do take out after one by the lady at the entrance - i have never been told this before and I have been going to this place since it was part of the creepy hotel on 14th street and the vegitarian place under the random hotel (Sams?). I watched 4 couples leave before we got to the counter and I should have known better. The two couples after us left also. After many years of excellent food and service - 4 strikes in a row I HAVE to say please get it together - this used to be my favorite late night food spot during the week :( A few weeks ago I was told that I lived too far for delivery even though they have been delivering to my house for 10 years????

In Atlanta, you have few choices for food after 10pm. I stumbled upon this place the other day while googling 24 hour places. found out this place is open till 4am (close enough for me). Anyways, the food is decent. Not great tasting, and not terrible. I ordered: 1) spicy garlic shrimp with steamed rice - good, standard chinese food 2) 2 egg rolls - good, regular at best 3) crab rangoons - bad, would not recommend. the cream cheese filling was way too sweet and didnt taste right. 4) shrimp fried rice - standard run of the mill stuff. how do you screw this up right? price was a tad pricier (maybe $1-2 more), I noticed. And I can see why, no where else to go... supply/demand... all in all, wouldnt recommend as a normal day time place to eat. as a night time, need food now type place. Its pretty good, and would recommend.
