Terrible, if I could give less than a star I would. Service is horrendous, the old woman is terrible to deal (bi!c@) with and the guy working the counter should go back to school to learn how to speak and take orders. He also tried to rip my buddy off after he paid for a large drink tried to give him a medium. AVOID!!!!! The owner should fire the entire work force for being lazy and unprofessional and hire an all new staff. OH AND FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING FRIED, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR FRYING OIL MY POTATO WEDGES SHOULDNT TASTE LIKE PIE!!!!!!!

Service is terrible when you place an order at drive thru they take your money then tell you they are out of the chicken you ordered and will not make it because they close in an hour or the 2nd chance they tell you they are out of your order will ne closing in 1 1/2 hours after substituting your order for something else and than telling you,you will have to wait 30 minutesif that is what you want then refuse a refund as they are not allowed. No more 2 nd chances for this Riverview Florida KFC

Ill go out of my way to another K.F.C. from now on. Cash register broke down and deleted the order, delays on chicken and biscuits, paid for large sides and got medium, and Im sure I ended up a few pieces of chicken short of what I paid for.

This place is beyond terrible. Like out of a movie bad. The orders are never correct, food is too hot, and the wait is far too long. Quoted us nine minutes for a double down, it took them twenty eight minutes. Seriously, what the f**k?

Greasy gross chicken tenders. Gave them another try and it was still not good. Kid is obsessed with the instant mashed potatoes though. Only thing that has been okay in my opinion in the pot pie. Or the original chicken.
