The girl on the front counter was very polite when she took my order... I asked for 16 pieces of grilled chicken to be made fresh and they did not give me a problem..then I was offered a drink while I waited... she walked my order out to the table when it was finished... great customer service this visit... I appreciate it

I waited a half an hour to get 3 zinger boxes. I think the cashier gave my order to customer in front of me but wouldnt admit it. The manager was not helpful and actually wondered why I asked for part of my money back. When I got the sandwiches back to work half the lettuce was rotted. I will never go here again!

Where do I begin ........ GHETTO TRASH sorry this is Strongsville not Cleveland !!!!!!! Rude slow out of biscuits or too LAZY to make them one of the workers was eating food on the floor NEVER had such a BAD experience and havent even eaten the food to see if my order is wrong

The chicken was so incredibly greasy and slimey it didnt even fell like eating chicken it was more like warm Vaseline covered in breading the biscuit wasnt even cooked all the way it was still doughy will not be returning to this location

service is a little slow but chicken is NEVER the same twice - sometimes it is still pink - other times it is very dry - sometimes the breading doesnt even stay on the chicken. Looking for a different location to see if it will be better.
