My father visited on Monday, July 3, 2017 and while he was eating he noticed someone had spilt a sprite cause it was clear and very sticky. There was a young lady sweeping and cleaning up so my father said to her he had step in some sticky soda and if she could clean it up. She responded she would and meanwhile he continued to eat and now he was looking for her cause he didnt want to step in it again so after sitting there a little while longer he decided he needed to go home due to he is 83 years old and he had been sitting there for an hour. He saw the young girl and told her he was waiting on her to come back there and clean that mess up cause he didnt want to step in the sticky soda and her respond was "CANT YOU SEE I AM BUSY?" She was wiping the windows at this time. He said he had to go to the rest room and take his shoe off and clean the sticky stuff off and at 83 his balance isnt that good. This really upsets me that some smart mouth young girl can talk to my Dad that way! You better be glad he didnt fall cause that young lady would be in a lot of trouble. I wish Dad remembered her name so I have aske him to go up there and find out who she is cause she needs to be reported for being cruel to an elder person!!! I am going to make a call to corporate!

My 16 year old daughter applied for a job at the Bristol TN State St location and was told by a manager that she will be hired and to come in last Thursday after school, well on Thursday we got a call from this manager and said to not come in that day but to come in on Sunday from 5 to 8, well Sunday came and again got a call that said to come in on Monday at 4 after school - which is today, then this morning another call came from the same manager saying - Its going be a little bit before I can get my daughter in they hired people while I was gone this weekend as soon as I get a spot open I can get her in. Well what in the heck kind of business is this place running? I do not call this good business and I am going to contact corporate and report this.

Todays August 15, 2017 and its 9:27am. My family and I came in to get breakfast before an appointment at 10. The staff is extremely rude. Starring people down and giving durty looks. Went to order food and the staff asked very rudely "Are you going to make me work?" Are you kidding me. If you dont want to work why do you have a job then? We all were getting our drinks and they said our food was up. We proceed to get our drink and they rudely again the go "we said your food is up!" Burger King on State Street next to McDonalds sucks. I wouldnt recommend eating at this place.

i went to burger king the other day and i seen roaches crawling on the floor near the bathroom. as i was standing at the counter waiting on my food i watched them not wear gloves and watched them drop the bun and put it on my sandwich i just left it was the grosses thing i have ever seen in my life pure out nasty never eat at another bk

I waited in the drive through line for a good 15 minutes plus. I wanted to just leave but I was blocked in. Once I got my food my fries were super stail and my burger/tenders were cold. I wont be back.
