Whenever you order food, there are a dozen things that may not go right, but from my perspective, its how issues get resolved that counts most. I placed an order in the drive-through and was told to pull around. After waiting about 10 minutes or so, I walked in to find out what was up with my order since they were about to close. After finding out my order had been sitting and no one brought it out, the staff informed the manager who then came over to me apologized profusely, and had the staff remake my order, upgraded the entire thing at no charge, then refunded me for the wait..none of which I asked for or requested her to do. In fact, she was surprised I was so calm and jovial about the whole thing when I remarked "I see how it is. .you guys have no love for me. You forgot all about me." :-) She said that I was "the most amazing and friendly customer theyd had all day", and the girl who prepared my food said I was like "a breath of fresh air compared to most customers". Ive had similar mishaps occur at other food places and hadnt ever had a resolution like that. It goes to show you attract more bees with honey than you do with vinegar as they say. .people are still people in the end, whether they are out somewhere talking to you about the weather, or preparing food that you ordered. People screw up. .its human nature. Try being nice when they do, and you might be surprised at the result you get in the end. Negative, angry people tend to get negative angry results. Just saying. .

This place is near my work route so I visit the drive thru occasionally for convenience. The food at Panera is good but this particular location has a very incompetent staff. My order is incorrect nearly every time. I am often given an attitude when I mention I have a Panera card at the drive thru. I understand there is a time frame they like to keep at the drive thru but I dont think it warrants being rude. Normally, I love Panera food but at this location my salads are wilted and my soup is cold. Sometimes I am not given utensils and the bread is never warm. I recently ordered the new soba noodle salad and the noodles were frozen. It just seems like the location is always understaffed or lacking in good management. Shame, because I usually love Panera.

OK this Panera truly has the worst service you can imagine. I went through the drive-through and got something the female at the window her name was Julie was actually hostile towards me. Julie the psycho didnt greet me or say anything to me and she angrily just snatched my card from me This rude pathetic female didnt even say thank you or have a nice day and then she rudely said youre welcome to me as if I was supposed to say thank you to her. Really just the worst service ever the women that work here are crazy beware of them

The food is standard Panera Bread food, overall good. Service was friendly, however it was inaccurate. I went to this specific location using the drive through two times since they have opened. Both times I asked for chips to be served with the meal instead of the bread as I had ordered a sandwich and did not want another piece of bread. Both times I was given the bread and no chips. If you ask for something other than the usual sheeple order make sure you check your bag for accuracy.

Horrible... A lil slice of meat. The half sandwich was more like a 1/4 . Horribley dry hard bread and bacon was so over cooked, so hard i think i chipped a tooth. Bar far the worst one ive ever ate at. Cant belive this one is in winterpark. I figured it would have been one of the best. Mabey one in pinehills will be way better.

I absolutely love Paneras ever changing menu. In fact, I worked at another location for a couple years. Now that I no longer get perks from work, I come to this location sometimes because its closeby, Ive had mess ups quite a few times. Ill ask to modify something & theyd be so off. Hopefully they can step up their game.

This Panera needs to clean their act. Cashiers use the same gloves to handle money and food, BIG no no!!! Also they will use the gloves to compact the trash cans behind the counter as they prep food. Another BIG no no. All this is unnecessary!!!! I will avoid this Panera bread until they clean their act.

The last several visits have been less than what you would expect. No bagels left at 11:35. Their reason, "we were slammed". Was this their 1st Mothers day? Ok, ok. They were slammed! Then I go to get coffee. No coffee. No excuse for that. This is only one of several bad experiences and my last.

Did the rapid order pick up and they forgot half my order. Didnt put chicken in the salad and didnt give me salad dressing. I had to drive back and wait for them to remake it for me. Update: I had them remake the salad and they forgot the chicken AGAIN. Will not be returning to this location.

I had breakfast this morning and when I went to fill up my water there was 20+ bugs flying around the fountain main machine. I mentioned it to a staff member and they said "yeah, I just ignore them..." Not cool with me. There shouldnt be constant bugs flying around fountain machine.

I ordered a a mozzarella flatbread and soup. 25 minutes later I spoke with the manager about the order because it was still not finished. He claimed that they were calling my name to find me. Not true! Horrible flatbread and service. Overpriced piece of bread with a tomato on it.

I am not a fan of Paneras menu but their broccoli cheddar soup is yummy. Besides its a quiet and nice place to study. Not like dark and gloomy coffee shops. Every table has its own socket so no worries for your laptop batteries :) 4 star because of the prices :/

Im a regular at this location only due to the convenience of the drive thru and its close by to my home. Most of the time my order is incorrect. Ive called to complain. Its very frustrating because I like Panera and spend a lot of money at this location.

This particular Panera has messed up my last 2 orders by giving the wrong item and leaving out the soup. This time the service was slow and not friendly. We had to remind them to put items in our order. I will not use this one anymore.

The staff is rude and dumb. They served us COLD breakfast sandwiches and when we went to complain the cook told us they didnt turn the press on. Why sell food to cutomers you cant make. We definitely wont be back

Excellent food and interior decor usual to Panera Bread, though the outside is not easily noticeable due to its painted choice of colors. Staff are as usual young, quick, enthused and some laid back.

they served me a sandwich with dry hard bread. the cheese wasnt melted and it was cold. the soup was supposed to be chicken noodle and it was cold and lacked any actual meat.

Their website sucks! Tried ordering online at 12:01 and after many many attempts, it says that their website was having issues. Other than that, the cashiers are nice.
