Tambien tienen buena variedad.

My husband and I went in here tonight as we needed to check things out and get a treat. When you walk in it smells awesome has they have a hot bar with savory foods and a deli counter with meat, cheeses, and sandwiches. We beelined to the pastry counter though because something sweet was what we required. They have a lot of options and everything is house made. My husband got a cupcake cause he wasnt sure if hed like anything else. Its like a cross between a french bakery and a hispanic bakery. I got a Napoleon and the pastry cream WAS TO DIE FOR!! Seriously, Ive never been able to find a really good napoleon since Epcot got rid of theirs in France. This was just as good and that is truly saying something. I cant wait to go back and getting something else. I want to try it all!

Es una repostería con sabor latino con una variedad de dulces y postres que permite satisfacer al más exigente paladar. --- Its a Latin-flavored pastry with a variety of sweets and desserts that can satisfy the most demanding palate.

Los empleados son muy buenos pero el servicio de la cocina es muy lenta. Necesitan modificar los sándwiches los precios están altos, el mondongo necesita tener más verduras y más sabor, la crema de platano no es crema de platano sino sopa de platano.

Valisa is a casual inviting eatery. It has a Hispanic vibe but everyone speaks English as well. The coffee was great..nice and strong. The oatmeal was made like my abuela used to make with sweet milk and cinnamon. The surrullo AKA corn fritter was a liitle soggy but the taste was good and filled with cheddar chesse. The whole thing was $5.16 which is usually what you pay just for coffee. Next time I will come for lunch. This place is worth trying out.

Have had mofongo with pernil twice from this restaurant and Ive enjoyed it. It takes them quite some time to make it though. Mofongo is fried plantains with crushed garlic, pork cracklings and salt mashed into a ball and eaten with a side of whatever meat you prefer. I go for the pernil... which they tend to make bit under salted... my homemade pernil is heavy on the seasonings. This time the pernil was better seasoned and was great!

Food tastes good but Everytime we eat here we get sick..literally me and my 1 yr old grand daughter both got sick after eating here TWICE...I ordered empanadas chic and beef and a plate off hot bar and pastries from this place both times we both got sick..if it had happened once ok..but twice..I dont go there anymore sad to say the food tastes good but doesnt agree with us apparently and I eat Peruvian Cuban Persian etc daily. So..

There are a wide variety of baked goods sold here that dont just look incredible, but taste incredible as well. The staff is friendly and there is breakfast and lunch fare as well if youre looking for something more substantial. Ive only had breakfast, but it was hearty and cheap. It was a tad over salted, but it didnt kill my enjoyment of the food. Ill definitely be back!

I tried the mallorca, beef pastries and Cuban sandwich with coffee. Customer service was superior the atmosphere was great. Clean and cozzy place. I cannot wait to come again to try all their menu dishes. Everyone complemented the food to the servers and management. If you like Spanish, Cuban and Puerto Rican food this is the in the top 10 best place in town.

I seriously dont understand the slow service, my 2nd time here and still the service is too slow. We sat down and didnt at least get our waters right away... guess they had to get it straight from the springs. I believe they have potential but they just not ready for more stars... They need to be more considerate to their customers.

Only have tried their coffee and baked goods. Es lo más cercano a repostería de Puerto Rico que he probado en Florida. Los quesitos son MUY buenos.

Looooved the coffee! Just like we like! Also super friendly personnel, very welcoming! We went for a quick breakfast. The oatmeal is really good same as the quesitos. I only wish the quesitos were kept warm. Nevertheless, the pastries were fresh and made that morning. Will be back!

Great customer service and well made Puerto Rican food at reasonable price. They just need some small improvements their presentation how the food s served for example the quantity of Mondongo it should be in a bowl not in a small to go sterile form cup.
