We went for lunch at 2 p.m. on a weekday. and although the restaurant was not busy at all the manager / hostess left us standing and waiting while she did some paperwork. There were lots of servers and attendance but no one seated us right away. 2 people said well be right with you. Once seated the server was very pleasant. We jovially explained we were starving and looking forward to our lunch because we hadnt eaten well the last few days. We were on the road and had very bad food experiences. It took forever for them to take our order. Mind you the restaurant only had 4 people in it, nit including us, with four or five servers. I ordered a breakfast, nothing fancy, eggs with assorted meat selection, and when it came it was cold. The eggs, hash browns ( very small portion) and the Sausages were still cold inside even though the outsides were hot. And 2 side salads,and a chicken salad open-faced sandwhich came to over 30.00. When we paid, I told the girl about our experience and she said she was sorry and offered a discount and I told her no, I was going to pay the full amount but that Perkins was definitely off my list.

I was there for breakfast a few weeks ago with my family. The first booth they sat us at literally smelled like urine and was not anywhere near the bathrooms. eww. They were very understanding, a manager apologized and moved us to the other side of the restaurant. My appetite was somewhat put out from the "pee smell", but what happened next was the icing on the cake. When our breakfast arrived , one of my sausage links was still frozen! Let me say that again, FROZEN SOLID! How a frozen sausage link makes its way from the freezer to my plate without even being thawed, let alone being cooked thoroughly, is unknown to me. How does that even happen? We paid for our meal and said our final goodbyes as it was the first and last time we will set foot in that place. I write reviews for every place I go to, not just the bad ones. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 just because I could tell they were embarrassed and were sincere with their apology. Eat here if you dare!

We go often and almost always have great food and great service. It gets a four because of one occasion- we were freezing and being blasted by cold air. Being the only customers in the back room and left unattended too long, I adjusted the thermostat and was scolded for doing so!

The restaurant is empty and yet we are having to fight to get a waitress. Ordered the strawberry crispers and got two (one broken in half) when the picture on the menu shows three full ones. The actual breakfast isnt here yet and at this rate Im not expecting much.

Absolutely LOVE Perkins! My family has been eating at Perkins for 20 or so years. Delicious food at any hour. Omelettes are a personal favorite. Take home some fresh bakery items for later!

I go to Perkins all of the time for lunch and dinner. It is quick, easy, and extremely cheap but high quality food. The waiting staff is always friendly and quick to service your needs.

The meals that both me and my family were served were both satisfying and delicious. Anyone who wants to leave with a full stomach, Perkins is a great place to go.

I like the food and the service. Free WiFi is nice too. Hard to find entrance, we passed it twice. They give you a pot of coffee so you wont see me complain.
