I have to say, I actually did like this specific publix at one point due to the kindness of the cashiers, price saving and wider variety of items. But sadly, publix has lost my patronage and may even be recieving a harrassemnt lawsuit due to my experience. Due to hurricane matthew, the store was jam packed from the moment I had entered. I simply needed to get coffee grounds, as I had already prepared when reports of the storm were first coming in. The express lanes were beyond packed when I had went to check-out, so I decided to take the non-express lane to try to save time. One employee comes to me and nicely asks for me to go to the express line, and I ask for a reason why. The employee gets another one to try to give me an answer, but instead of being helpful, the guy litterally FORCES me to get in line. Instead of doing so, I dropped my basket and left the store. (Not to mention, there were police now outside the store) I would have complied, but this employee was extremely rude and treated me like I do not deserve any explanation. I simply feel that the stores customer service, whilst nice has no patience and perfers to have their way without explanation. I could understand the employees giving me a reason like: "We have to move you, as we want to get the bulk purchases out faster due to the hurricane. I am extremely sorry." Instead of rudly telling me I HAVE to leave the lane I was in without a simple explanation. In short, dont come to this store if you want the simplest thing as your own rights, the very thing america was made for.

After months of disappointing customer service at the deli I am going to have to switch to another Publix. I love Publix subs and visit this location often as I live nearby, but I am tired of being ignored as I wait in line for ridiculously long amounts of time, then watching my order be made at a snails pace by associates with permanent frowns on their faces. The last time I was here, I waited in line for 25 MINUTES without anyone behind the counter saying a word to me or even looking at me. There were two associates making subs, one was making what seemed like an infinite number of sandwiches for a group of people ahead of me, and the other was completing an online order. I understand if employees are busy, but I found it extremely rude that not one of the several people working behind the counter could bother to say hello or that they would be with me in a moment as I patiently waited half an hour to order just one sandwich. I feel that it always takes a long time for a sandwich to be made at any Publix but that doesnt make it any less annoying. Today I ordered online, thinking that maybe this problem could be avoided, but instead, they just got my order wrong. Time to start going to another Publix. At least the cashiers are usually nice.

Now im not one who likes to complain i work jn a call center and i know customers can be a bit much. But my encounter with a particular employee was just flat out rude. I order two meals and the employee obviously didnt hear me as he was complaining about someone ordering a 20 piece 15 mins before closing. Anyways i repeat my self after he fixes the first order and he automatically caught an attitude. I literally watched him slam the chicken in the meal box and then toss it on the counter and walk away rolling his eyes. Now i sarcastically said gee thanks he then rolled his eyes and walked in the back. I so wish i had his name but i will be returning tomorrow to find out. Also i did tell the cashier who called for the manager who was tied up and i could not wait as i was running late.

I was waiting in the lotto line near the card display because I only had a card and a slice of birthday cake. I was waiting behind an elderly couple. A man walks by me and decides he is more important than me, and walks up to the empty register to wait. As the elderly couples leaves, a dark haired woman with winged eyeliner helped the man who came after me, instead of attending to the next person in line. I know she saw me there first. I guess he is more important. Very pissed off, but wanting to avoid confrontation..I moved to an "under 10 items" line. I used to come here several times a week, that ends today. I will say a nice man greeted me and said "hello" while I was waiting in the line, and a man working in the bakery was very helpful.

I had been ordering sandwiches over the phone cause its quicker and easy. But this is not my first rodeo; i had post my issue 3 years ago about a simple thing that someone could not get right. I keep coming back cause i love their sandwiches so far didnt have any major issues. This time really tops it all; last night i get a call from husband saying that his bread didnt have no bottom and that there was only toppings; what was missing was the meat. My husband was so mad that he will never order another sandwich from publix; the lady printed out the ticket saying what we wanted but didnt delivery what we asked for; went in this morning to get my money back.

Even though is a busy location I truly enjoy getting my groceries here. I had an amazing experience today while shopping here. Right after I finish paying at the register the cashier was really nice to me and the the girl that was bagging my groceries even walked me to my car and helped me. Wow that is beyond amazing customer service I unfortunately didnt get the cashiers name but Savanah took the time to listen to my chit chat until we got to the car thank you Savanah and everybody else that keeps working hard at this publix you guys really made my day.

Very good Sushi chef, Win is his name, he doesnt speak English, if you have a smartphone, put on translator and choose "Burmese" I type in order and thats how I perfectly communicate with Win. The deli department is great, Publix brand gives Boars Head brand competition. Bakery, I get Tiramisu, pricey but worth every bite. Like cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Staff is wonderful, you receive "Disney quality" service. This Publix, in my opinion is managed better than the others in this area.

I had been to this Publix today. Absolutely uncouth staff. No manners and very very rude. I have been to Publix all over Fl. But the staff and the Manager on duty take the cake. They have lost my business for ever. Will not step into this Publix store (Curryford and conway) ever again. Hey you all there are better friendlier Publix store all around. Stop going to this and make a habit of going to other stores. Disgruntled custoner Michigan st

Be prepared to be treated like a stranger here. I usually go shopping here early in the morning and feel mostly avoided. Even on a few occasions where Id greet somebody, Id get no response. Not the experience at a place "where shopping is a pleasure," and there are quite a few publixes near by that Id rather go to because the atmosphere is so much more lively and inviting.
