Of course as most women Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. Today I decided to try a new dish, the steak and lobster ravioli. Our waitress for the day was Alyissia (Im sorry if I messed up your name), she is by far the best weve had in what seems for ever. She was always smiling, very up beat personality, and made sure we had whatever we needed. Unfortunately Ive never ate anything seafood and had no clue what lobster tasted like. This is almost a $20 dish, I almost gagged tasting the ravioli *personal preference to food mind you nothing wrong I just didnt like it*. She immediately offered for another side of pasta and was very attentive to fact I personally was not happy. I even stated she didnt have to bring anything extra, but she insisted. I asked for fettuccine Alfredo. I really hope her management sees this. Please give this lady extra recognition, maybe even a promotion. She has so much potential and deserves it!

The food is decent but very much so over priced. Tried the new 12.99 trio advertised on TV but be careful because in the fine print next to each entree it has a separate price. Had the shrimp scampi which was 16.99 in that trio was way not worth 16.99. My server Dana was so slow. It was like she was waiting on one table at a time. It took forever to just get bread. Very disappointed in the service. Had to call on two separate waitresses. When I asked about the price jump when I received our ticket it was to another waitress and our waitress Dana comes over and says "ya I shouldve warned you about that". I will never go to olive garden again.

The service here was horrible. We had a party of 4 and took forever to get anything our server only came by twice the whole time we were there but checked in on the two girls who were sitting in the next table about 7 to 8 times i am pretty sure the one girl worked there because she had an olive garden shirt on. We had to ask our server to take our order. Its a shame that the service was so poor because the food was actually really good.

My 46th Birthday celebration out with my BFF. I was feeling under the weather being sick, was not really in a celebration mood. Jojo was our server. She was so attentive and made sure everything was wonderful. She was knowledgeable on all the menu items and made suggestions. Moscato wine was on point. Chocolate mouse desert was the birthday wishes and singing by her teammates. Couldnt of asked for a better ending to my 46th Birthday.

Service was slow, food was not very tasty, my wifes food was somewhat burned, and the worst thing if all, no chocolates left with bill!!I had to ask at front check in as I left why dont you give out chocolates anymore? Then the hostess went to the counter and gave us some.What has happened to this chain? It has gone downhill the last 2 times in different locations. Will not eat here again !

I had lunch today and ordered the soup and salad. I started with the tomato soup and it tasted old plus about 10 mins after i ate the soup i started getting sick and rushed to the bathroom. Im very disappointed in this restaurant today because i never had a bad experience before. Needless to say i wont be coming back to this place for awhile :(

Waiter forgot bread sticks, brought me the wrong soup, forgot our salads and said he thought we didnt want it, when I clearly said I want the soup, salad and bread sticks. Then charged me for a soda when I drank water. Never got the bill or mints. Had to look it up on the table computer. Bad service.

Standard Olive Garden..... Why name a restaurant Olive Garden and not serve food with olives? The only olives you get here are crappy Californian black olives with salad and some half rancid olive oil used in the food. I will never understand why.

Our waitress was awesome and we had a great time dining here. Our last 3 olive garden experiences in other locations (between Jacksonville, FL and S.Ga) were horrible but this location is great, the staff is great and the food was great!

First time visiting and the service was indeed nice. I had the chicken Alfredo it was delish. Everything we ordered tested and looked so fresh, not to mention the endless supply of salad and breadsticks. Well definitely visit again!!!

Service was not its best, they forgot our appetizers and bought out our food first, the second server had an attitude, they eventually comped the appetizers but by then the mood had been already ruined, will not be returning here

The service here this day was horrible we waited 25 minutes after being seated before our orders were taking then sat another 30 mins before our food came out then when it did get to us it was cold...... Just horrible.

We went with a large group, even though we couldnt get seated at our reservation time it didnt take too long to get seated. The service ice was good and the food was good. Typical OG. 2 meals with desert, $65.00

They charged us $20 extra on my credit card without my signature , and if i didnt check my statement i would not notice , then i had to dispute the transaction after a week . Staff need training how to be honest.
