Very unprofessional. Bad attitude, didnt give ppl a chance to say what they wanted to drink with their order instead just put something on and we had to correct them after the fact then got attitude because of it. Manager was reprimanding staff in front of customers and jumping to conclusions without knowing what was on the order. They had employees swearing to the bad employees loud enough for kids to hear and same employee got mad because we asked for light ice and started throwing and slamming stuff around. This place is just very unprofessional.

The person i believe to be the manager was complaining about people coming there and buying breakfast. I later realized that breakfast time was over at 10 am. I dont normally buy breakfast at BK but my niece was hungry and it was close by. But the lady yelled at the workers and kept complaining that everyone decided to come at the same time. Best part me and other guests were standing right in front of her while she did this. Never will i ear there again. Zero stars if that was possible

The employees are generally nice, but, I need to constantly double check my order for accuracy. The two managers I know can be real jerks to the employees, even in front of customers. Both of the managers also got an attitude with me when I needed them to fix my order. I also realized the manger couldnt do math $1+$1+$1+$1.19 = $4.19 which was supposed to be my total before tax, I was charged $5.96. The manager said 1+1+1+1.19, could be 4.19 like I said but, she would have to check.

I ordered a burger with no onions because Im allergic, and they got one with onions, when I asked them to change it, they just pulled out the onions and I got the same burger, this was awful, and after that I had to wait a long time for a new Sandwich, and it was not the right ... they asked me if I wanted a cookie ... eh Burger King, do you really think a cookie is going to make me "happier" for that really bad service?

Ok, i was testing their patience, for the last month, i have to admit it, they threat me great, even thought i just went in there for a cup of water and i just sit down for hours, they were nice and never kicked me out, my last day testing them i ordered a meal and it was fresh, the order was right and the food was ok, the only problem is the restrooms, but i have feith that they will fix it

Very enjoyable experience here! We left Legoland and this was on the way back to the condo. I was not expecting much, but we had hot food fast and it was great and cheap! Icee machine was in operation, which is not always the case at BK. They even threw in cookies with kids meals. Promo going on for 50 cent ice cream. Really nice way to finish our fun day.

Older restaurant, harder to find than others Ive visited. Dining area clean and well laid out. Fare was fair; mostly had a problem with drink machine. Food was warm, not hot. Staff very friendly and patient. Id come back just because of the fast service.
