I visit this Taco Bell at least 3 times a week and can only give good reviews. I work close by and it is the only place in the area that I can get my food in under 10 minutes (At this Taco Bell it only takes 2-3 minutes). Add to the fact that I always get there between 11:45 am-12:30 pm, which should mean long lines. This place is extremely quick in my opinion and the customer service is great. The reason I am reviewing this place is because of my experience today. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes (I could tell because the song on the radio had not finished). While I was driving away I heard the manager cheering on his staff "Way to go guys! Here comes the next customer, Lets do this!" It put a smile on my face to see that the staff was happy and working well together to improve my drive-through experience and save me time. As for taste, its taco bell guys, it pretty much tastes the same wherever you go. It obviously cant taste bad if I eat there 3-4 times a week. So, thank you Havendale Taco Bell for your great food and service. Ill see you tomorrow for lunch. P.S. For the record. No, I am not some overweight lady who does nothing but eat fast food. I am 59 and less than 160 lbs.

I love taco bell and Ive been to almost every one in lakeland, winter haven, and auburndale. This is the worst service Ive received at a taco bell before and Ive used mobile ordering that didnt even work. Not only did they get my order down wrong, they forgot to give me half my order. And when I called to tell them that, Ive never talked to such rude people in my life. I can honestly say they lost a customer who typically spends $20 on one visit.

The worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. I added 3 photos of the slop they serve: broken tacos, half empty tacos, awful food and service. They almost always mess up your order. The kid at the counter was overly polite in a lame attempt at sarcasm. He had lots of time to hang out with his friends in the dining room, and give them free cups of soda. Its dumps like this that make you want to stop eating fast food.

The food is always cold, the orders often wrong, and the manager was very rude the one time we tried to speak with her about a wrong order. I would be very surprised if she had any substantial experience in food service. Avoid and go to one of the other nearby Taco Bells unless you want to pay extra for their mistakes and still be heating your food up in the microwave when you get home.

Ordering on line does not save time. They just get paid for your order sooner. They do not start making your order until you arrive. I only have a 30 minute lunch, so I used the ordering on line to save time. No good had to wait for almost 10 minutes for my order after arriving.

What can you say about a fast food restaurant that tells you its going to be 30 minutes for anything you order unless its a fountain drink. The manager seems truly clueless. I feel sorry for the new people they hire but dont train properly. They all seem to quit within 2 weeks.

This is the worst taco bell/ pizza hut ive ever been to. The food always tastes old and they make you wait atleast 20 minutes for pizza. Everytime I eat inside they are out of Pepsi. And the entire staff are very rude and obnoxious. Will never eat there again.

The food is fresh but the order is always missing something so we have to check it in the drive thru before we leave to get that missing taco (or sometimes drink and meal) Theyre usually friendly but their system is obviously flawed.

Its taco bell, with the 2 am stoner magic of pizza hut on the side. The employees have always been very nice to me, my only issue is that traffic tends to drown out your voice when ordering at the drive-through

Went there tonight. Had 3 soft taccos. All the ingredients were cold. The shell part tasted undone as it was not heated. Service was fast, obviously because nothing was heated right..
