During the day I never have any issues, always great fast friendly efficient service. But the last few times I have gone through the drive thru in the evening around 8pm, part of my order is always forgotten. Which is frustrating because I get home and dont have all of my food. Then I have to drive back up there. and this last visit, stand at the counter and wait for someone to awknowledge me because everyone is too busy in their conversations... meanwhile my whole family is at home and already eaten their food and I just finally receive mine, Im assuming the manager (being that he was dressed differently) tossed on the counter for me. No regard, no apology, not even a smile. He just tossed the bag of nuggets they forgot on the counter and continued on with his conversation with a coworker. This scenario would be understandable at McDonalds but DEFINITELY didnt expect that here!

We went for BINGO and, although its a really fun thing they do, it was way too crowded and loud. We could barely hear anything and the kids got bored quickly. Also, i would suggest they not have the BINGO caller go get the winners their reward but just give some reward card or something and have the winner get it themself. It wastes time and is yet another reason the kids get bored and distracted. Overall, it was good food but a the restaurant seemed a like dirty and the condiments werent filled. We will go back again, though.

This is by far the finest Chick-fil-A that I have visited. The service is superb, high quality dining facility, clean, and super friendly. The manager is wonderful and supportive of the whole community. They love serving folks from out of town as well as neighbors. Great place for our local young people to begin working.

The food here is great and the staff are always so nice and helpful. This particular store is also involved in the community a lot too, so my family and I eat here to give back to them. Wed probably eat there anyway since the food is so good, but at least it feels good since they are so involved in the community.

I love this place. It is always clean and if you have a long wait in the drive thru they usually give you a free chicken sandwich card which shows great customer service. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are friendly and professional and the food is great!!

Have to rate 5 because service is outstanding. Only complaint was this week. Young lady behind the counter did not know how to make the newest drink frozen strawberry lemon on two days. No wip cream or cherry? Great store though and service except for this little incident.

Had to go in twice to get the employees name, which is Abby, extremely unfriendly and unenthusiastic .... Made the experience totally lousy and uncomfortable. Ive always known Chic Fil A to have friendly employees that are almost over the top and nice, but not this time...

This is one of the best Chick-Fil-A stores around. Service is even better than what youd expect at other CFA stores, which is top-notch. They really give back to the community too, sponsoring events and fundraisers often.
