Ive been to many, many BKs around the USA and, unfortunately, most of them are not the cleanest of fast food chains, but this one by far is the filthiest. It is just a disgusting garbage pit, literally. I mean all the garbage receptacles were full and over-flowing onto the floor with rotting trash that stunk. The bathroom was nauseatingly filthy smelling of urine, and there was paper towels over-flowing the trash receptacle. The crew that worked there was dirty looking teenagers to early 20 somethings with bad attitudes. I should not have ordered anything, but unfortunately I did. An angus burger and fries. The burger just didnt taste right. It had a real gamey flavor to it, but I thought that maybe thats the way angus beef tastes like, not knowing any different. Well, a couple of days later I began feeling sick with food poisoning symptoms that lasted about 2 weeks. Still to this day, several years later, I am certain it was that burger that made me sick. They probably put a hidden surprise in that burger. Needless to say, I have not been in that garbage pit since, and I warn other people of my bad experience, which most of them already know about that disgusting BK.

Im surprised this place is still open. Let me begin. I order a Bacon Double Whopper with no mayo and get a single Whopper with no bacon. I bring it up to the counter and the girl sighs like it happens often. They fix it but this time forget the bacon. I bring it back u and tell them just to give me some stupid bacon and Ill throw it on, no need to remake it again. Next. Ill have a coke please. Sorry I dont have coke. Its been busy and I havent had time to change the cartridge. I was the only one there. It was 11pm and the dining room was closed. I get to the window and the dude is baked out of his mind. He hands me my bad and says btw we dont have fries so I gave you onion rings. Wow. I sat here for 20 minutes for nothing. The list goes on and on. Everyone in there looks like they are hitting the pipe and the are always hanging out the back door smoking. I sat next to the speaker one time and got tired of waiting so I pull up to the window and they are all laughing and having a good time.

We went there on a Friday at 6:00 pm and ordered two value meals. We recieved our drink cup and found out they were out of Coke so we went back to the counter to get it at the drive thru and they said we are out , o by the way were out of fries do you want onion rings? I told them no but I would take a few chicken nugents in stead but you guessed it , they were out . I was so stunned I didnt know what to do next . So I finally got a grip on all of this and ask for a refund which they did put while waiting for it the lady at the register told a nother customer they were out of ice cream, I couldnt believe my ears . Come on manager, owner Im a small business owner myself and understand stocking small inventorys on slow moving items but Coke ,fries chicken nuggets and ice cream are not slow movers. There is even a Publix right behind your store , it was some bad we had to laugh on our way to Chick-fil-A to eat out and by the way they have those products and a smile .

I have been going to this location for about nine years since I moved to this area and have mainly kept going because of its convenient location. I am at the point where if I would like something from burger king, I will just go to the one in NSB. These are the things I have noticed over the years. In the morning, food is consistently burnt, orders are wrong, food missing, and items (forks, knives, butter, syrup) are missing. In the afternoon and evenings, food missing, fries are cold and tasteless, and orders are consistently wrong. If you order something slightly different, expect that order to be made incorrectly. I would implore anyone to stay away from this Burger King and just save yourself the trouble. I was eating too much fast food anyway, perhaps this is a good thing.

Good food terribly long wait even in the drive through. Wait time is usually around 15 mins in restaurant and 5-8 mins in the drive-through.
