Inside the A&W shop you will find old fashioned root beer on tap. It is excellent. I rarely stop by without taking a 1/2 gallon or whole gallon home with me. Thats right. You can buy the root beer by the gallon directly from the tap. I find their food to average. It is a little overpriced compared to normal fast food but I suspect you are paying a certain nostalgia tax to be transported back to a different place in time. I recommend trying this place at least once but be aware that it is wildly popular and busy during the weekends.

Second visit before doing a review. Order was completely mixed up. We had ordered for six, all of the six orders were wrong or missing something and the food was not even hot after waiting 30 minutes for food. First visit we were 5 of us and asked for their mugs for our drinks to be handed 5 dirty filthy mugs. When I handed them back didnt even get an apology. Since we only use disposable cups. That time though the food was great, hence we went a second time.

We love making the road trip here.Its worth the trip when you get your first taste of freshly made root beer served in a cold ice mug.The food is good and reasonable too although you may have to wait a bit to get your food because they are usually pretty busy.Good place to go ...

Awesome place to go! Plenty of variety, atmosphere is nice and family friendly. Best root beer on tap I have ever tasted plus root beer soft serve ice cream! If you dont want a&w you can get pizza or a sub from the other two places. Try the pretzels, they are incredible!

Adorable little store front. The food was good, chili cheese dog, hamburgers and cheese curds were all yummy. The root beer is tap is delicious! Friendly staff, game room for after dinner fun.

Always get good food here. Has a small video game room for kids or adults and cant forget Marias Pizza and Chicago subs under the same roof. You will always get a good meal here. We love it!!!

We waited 35 minutes for our food, they messed up our order and forgot our drinks. None of the employees use gloves when handling food, they handle it with care hands. Not sanitary at all.
