Ordered two large pizzas to go...went in to the restaurant and directly to the bar area to pick them up. When I said I was there for my pizza, I was given my bill, I gave the girl a $100 because that was all I came into the restaurant with. She walked away and came back a few minutes later and asked me if I had $3 so she could make change easier. I said, "No, Im sorry." She walked away, got the change and then gave me the other receipt where she said to me as she was handing it over....we have already added the gratuity! I was flabbergasted because they added 15% to my carryout pizza order!! So I paid $5.20 more for pizza than necessary to bring home to eat. Additionally, I called in the order at 4:30 pm and said I would be there to pick it up at 5:15. I got there about 5:20 and it was clear the pizza had been made when I first called and had been sitting there. Im done with them. Word of warning...dont get food to go if you dont want to pay a 15% gratuity!

The worst restaurant experience Ive ever had in my life. We had a party of 3 and we came in at 8 when they close at 9. We said we would have 2 or 4 more people joining us in 20 minutes, they said theyd be happy to move us to a larger table. When 2 more members of our party arrived they said the kitchen was closed and offered drinks. They placed a drink order and then they came back and said the bar was closed. The tomato, roasted red pepper and mozzarella was fresh but nothing special. The chicken piccata was average. The chicken noodle soup was unconventional but fresh. And the service by our waiter was friendly but he was clearly untrained and inexperienced. The management refused to even approach us about our experience. Do yourself a favor and go to Redsauce instead.

Hands down the best Italian restaurant in The Villages. It is one of our favorite restaurants. The sauce is excellent, the garlic bread is exceptional and the best eggplant parm I have ever had. The pizza is also excellent. The only complaint I have is sometimes the service is slow....but everything else makes up for that.

Went to Mezza Luna for the first time last night. Very nice place and relaxing. Our waiter was very nice and friendly. Hubby and I both ordered the meat lasagna and it came with garlic bread and salad. The lasagna was excellent! Salad was very fresh and the house dressing was very good. We will definitely be back.

had a great time the food and atmosphere where great our server Ruby was excellent and great live entertainment. we had the mussels, veal and shrimp Rosa and penne a la vodka.with a tiramisu excellent meal we will be back

Stopped in for a quick slice and this isnt that place. No worries though real nice and had a great pizza. Nice staff and atmosphere and food was great. A little on the nicer and pricer side too. Would go back for sure.

We have been waiting an hour and a half for lunch, which mainly consisted of salads and sandwiches. There are 12 of us who arrived in two groups. If I could have given it no stars, I would have and will not be returning.

Nice change of pace from country clubs in the area. Enjoyed the live music/singer, menu has some interesting selections, our dinners were wonderful, nice wine list and very good service. Overall a great choice.

Excellent Eggplant Rollatini and tasty red sauce... the garlic bread served in a basket was as hard as hockey pucks and the service lacked some promptness with drink refills and checking in.
