This place started out really good when they first opened but the quality of food has really gone down a lot. Here are two separate occasions where I been disappointed I ordered a Meatball sub for pickup, When the guy opens up and shows me the sub, the bread was burned black.. He looked at me (Im assuming this is the owner) and said do you still want it? I said firmly No, so they quickly dumped the meatballs on another piece of bread which they did not toast and gave it back to me. The lady who took my money seemed awful rude and snatched my credit card and ran it thru , she seemed too preoccupied with looking at her cell phone than giving me customer service. I always give benefit of the doubt so today I walked in and ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad. The guy at the register asked me if I wanted real chicken and I said of course so, which really bewildered me. I watched him make my salad where he proceeded to handle my food with his BARE HANDS. Being that this is a true italian place I expected a great chicken caesar salad with cheese, tomatoes, etc boy was I wrong. It was lettuce out of a bag, some IMITATION CHICKEN breasts which another coworker handled with his BARE HANDS and some croutons and two little things of Ceasar dressing. This "salad" cost me $10.86.. I could not even believe what I witnessed before my eyes... Needless to say I was disgusted, I feel the food is very overpriced and attentiveness to quality is seriously lacking. Pretty pathetic for a family owned italian business. In this day and age, I cant believe how someone would actually operate and manage a business this way. Totally gross.

I am going to give a so so rating for Corellis. It seems they are slipping on service and pizza! The pizza is NEVER cooked all the way through and piled so high with cheese that it arrives soggy. While I get the special toppings and all, though cook it more if you pile on those toppings. I even ask for it well-done. Also, while I get the whole family works there and the majority of the time it all good, a lot of the times they are kind of rude and inconsiderate. We went in on a Friday night at 8:30pm and were turned away because they close at 9pm!!! HUH??? This is a Friday night right? What restaurant turns away 5 people on a Friday night at 8:30pm?? So we went to Napolis and had a very delicious meal. After a while, the bad attitudes and soggy pizza is going to hurt your business. Oh and the bottled products?? 90% of those are not Corellis homemade products. They are other distributors products with their labels on the jars. Shame Shame! Oh and another thing... who uses margarine on garlic rolls?? Use real butter, olive oil, garlic and parmesan.... taste so much better.

Place started out good but the customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The older lady in the front, which is the mother is extremely rude. Went there with a decent size party and requested the bill be split in 2. She comes to the table and says " We dont have the time for that", and that us as the customers need to figure it out. So we "figure it out" and hand the server ( which was also terrible and stupid) half cash and a debit card for the other half. What do they do-- run it all on the debit card. When we express to them that we were unhappy with the customer service, they tell us to get the f**k out the restaurant and dont let the door hit us in the ass. Its a shame that the lack of customer service skills, and common manners will eventually catch up to this local business. I have heard from a few people that the Old MOM is just soooo damn rude!!!!!!!! We are all about supporting our local business with that type of attitude we will NEVER spend another penny of our money there.

This will be my go-to Italian joint in Clermont. Every now and then, when you are on a low carb diet, you get a pasta craving. On cheat days, this will be my destination. I got pizza here the first time, and the wife ordered the pene alla vodka. She likes a good vodka sauce and they do a great job here. Service was quick and friendly, and they had the whole family working there. I definitely want to return and try some of their other pasta dishes. My pizza was delicious and I ate on it for two days. I ordered a medium and could barely get 3 slices in, so I had to get a box. They have a great topping selection and the prices are pretty fair. I had a custom 3 topping (pepperoni, garlic, and jalapeno) and it was awesome. Its not the best pizza I ever had, but I had pizza on my mind and it was definitely good. Ill be back the next time I get the pasta craving.

I called to order a pizza, the first words out of the ladies mouth were" its gonna be 45 minutes". I said I was fine with that " Id like to order a..." she cut me off saying: "Hold on". I sat there on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up and called Goombas where customer service seems to be a priority. I have dined at Corrells several time, the food was excellent, but this woman that answers you phones needs some instruction in customer service as well as being cordial. I understand that they are probably busy, however, there is no excuse for being rude to a potential customer. Im sure the South Lake press would question their reviews had they dealt with this individual. Probably wont be going there anymore...

I usually dont talk bad about a place but today I am going to. My husband called the restaurant "CORELLI" in Clermont to ask them why they charged us more for a pizza that was less on their menu. He told Mark it was because that was an old menu which than Mark replied "ok, thanks that makes since ". My husband was totally polite. As the person from the restaurant was hanging up he proceed to tell my husband that he was a DUMB ASS for asking. That restaurant doesnt deserve business if that is how they are going to treat their customers. Weve ordered from them a few times and lived their pizza but will never order again. The ironic thing is my husband picked up the menu from the restaurant yesterday.

We didnt plan on stopping in Clermont and we didnt have a dinner plan. First place we drove by was meh so we looked around and saw Corellis. What an awesome restaurant! This was the best pizza I ever ate, including growing up in New York City and visiting Naples. The wine was way above expectations for a restaurant of this size/cost. The staff was exceedingly hospitable. Finding this place was a gift. Highly recommended. I forgot to add: live music! they had live music! totally awesome. Also: we had promised to bring our hotels desk staff a slice. This pizza was so good, I regretted making the offer and not having another slice of that pit.

I was disappointed after reading the reviews. My husband and I shared a large stromboli (it was huge) and a salad. The dinner salad was small with just one slice of tomato, 2 black olives sliced, and romaine. When the stomoboli came, it was black on the bottom side and half of the top was backed as if overcooked in the oven. I was assured that it had to be served that way or the inside filling would be cold. Im not new to strombolis but have never been served one like that. Maybe had I tried a different Italian dish....it would have been a better choice.
