Ordered for takeout tonight. Maybe the problem is that I was too close to their 9:00 pm closing time. But the 14" White Pizza that I ordered showed up and was an undercooked doughy, watery disgusting mess. I tried to call and discuss it with them but of course the pizza was delivered 5 minutes after their 9:00 pm closing time so no one would answer the phone. I think they are better than what I saw tonight - I know one of the guys there was a former seal and cares about quality and about his customers. But this really sucks. Its hard to be great, but its not that hard to not suck - and what you sent me tonight sucked. I will still try them again because everyone can have a bad night - I know Ive let some stuff go out that on a good day I would not have. But come-on. Just because we are in geriatric Florida, we dont have to serve pablum! We can all do better than that. Dont just phone it in. If you want to talk (Stars) Im the guy at 15551. . . Now Im leaving to go to Ron Ds to get a pizza for dinner.

Terrible Service! My coworkers and I ordered food from them at 11 o clock. One hour later we still didnt receive our order. We called and supposedly the owner who was suppose to deliver our food was on his way. 15 minutes later I called myself and demanded my money back and I was told by a woman who works there the owner will be there to deliver the food and he will handle it. After two hours of waiting we still have not received our food most of our lunch hour have already past. We all work for a healthcare facility and have a lunch schedule for a reason so we couldnt wait any longer. The owner didnt bother to contact us himself to apologize for the inconvenience or attempt to deliver our food AT ALL. We had to call several times to demand our money back or we will call the bank to stop the payment since none of us signed a receipt to authorize the payment. I have never eaten at this restaurant and I will never order from this place again.

We placed an order at Starz Pizza at 6:10 PM on Sunday the 28th of December we were told to expect a 35 minute delivery time. We called at 6:57 PM to see how our order was coming along and told that it was out for delivery. The driver arrived at 7:14 PM with a cold pizza and we declined the order. We called Starz back to see if we could get a Hot pizza and Dave the owner said it would take 40 minutes. Its not easy to explain to an 18 month old that his dinner would be 2 hours late if it indeed it arrived at that time. We have not received a call from the owner at Starz to remedy our dinner blues. As full time residents, business owners and consumers in Fort Myers will convey our experience to friends, family and clients.

Weve been to Starz Italian Restaurants & Pub twice during the past week. The first time we ordered salad and pizza. During the most recent visit, we had the opportunity to try several entrees. Both experiences were outstanding. The salad was fresh, well prepared and very tasty; the thin crust pizza was the best that weve tried in SWFL; the entrees (chicken parmesan, eggplant rotini and feticini alfredo) were outstanding. .... and the service during each visit was awesome. Starz Restaurant & Pub has become one of our "go to" restaurants!

Really enjoyed my first visit. My grandfather and stepmom are regulars who go for the quality of the food and service and I can see why. The portions were plentiful, flavorful, and the food came out quickly despite the restaurant being 75% full. The service was timely, friendly, and treated me like a regular.

Starz is the best, relaxed atmosphere with best service of anywhere we go in Fort Myers. Has that Italian family feel and meat sauce anywhere here. My Italian husband loves the meatballs and raviolis! And that is saying something. Thank you Starz for being here!

This was the best pizza we have ever eaten!!!!!!! We chose this place because it was closer to our hotel room and didnt want to pay to have to park AGAIN near the beach. So glad we chose the closer place. MMMmmmm good! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Stopped here for a Supreme Pizza. It was really good. We had a couple of slices left over and left them with a neighbor because we were headed out of town. When we got back a week later, she came over to ask where we got the pizza. She loved it, as did we.

The pizza they made had almost no sauce on it, had no taste or seasonings and the yong man making the pizza was trying to sing louder then the music playing ( he cant sing ) he made the lunch with my wife the worst pizza lunch we ever jad

Really great food, the staff sometimes is very slow. The staff is nice, it is just a slow moving pace so if you are on a lunch break dont expect to get back to work on time. They are very friendly and I always tip well.

Awesome pizza and calamari as well as their own homemade marinara. Great staff as well. I highly reccomend getting the buffalo wing pizza it is absolutely amazing and I get it every time.
