I have been here a couple of times and love food in general. Its easy to be good one time but the key words are consistency and service. One person stands out the most and that is Chef Adam. The whole line was also very friendly and accommodating, but why would it not be when you have Chef Adam leading the way. A couple of times there were a couple problems with the food I was ordering. Chef Adam always makes sure things go right and you feel special. He knows how to turn a problem into an opportunity to earn a life long customer which is what he has done with me. I will continue to eat there forever. The food portions are ridiculously awesome and the price is reasonable.

Wonderful food. Great place. Helpful staff. Ive never had a bad experience here though the Italian Orange Soda is consistently weaker at this location than at the other locations of this chain that I have been to. I usually get the pasta bowl with chicken and lots of veggies. I did once try the namesake Piada after my friend in Italy told me her friend owns a place where piadas are sold. I liked it but I like the pasta bowl better! This was the second location I visited out of the four that I have been to now. The one in Columbus was test marketing Gelato when I was there and I hope that goes chain wide soon! I lived on Gelato on both of my trips to Italy.

Friendly staff and very helpful with talking about the choices of items! Thats very helpful for our autism spectrum son. He love the food and friendly staff and watching them make his food in front of the him and helped him with the food items too. Thank you so much for helping him! He was happy and loved the food. He wants to come back to try other food items. Thank you for fast service and for being patient with him and my family. That means a lot to our family. Keep up the great job and great customer service too.

One of my favorite places to eat! Their food is amazing and always well prepared. If youre looking for something a little different this is definitely the place to go. The building and overall atmosphere of the place great. Service is usually great, but recently Ive been disappointed with my customer service experience. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Try it! Made to order Italian flat bread roll ups, pastas, and salads. Delicious. Great ingredients to pick from. Easy and fast, if the line isnt long. Price is typical for this kind of made to order restaurant, because of classier feel and ingredients. Think Chipotle but with style. Great interior design. Outdoor seating available.

Great food, always very consistent with the high quality. Not sure why they keep changing the physical location of the menu, it got smaller and smaller and now its just a handheld place mat which can rub some people the wrong way if you have never set foot in a Piada before because no other restaurant does that. Food is always clutch!

I never have posted a review EVER about any place, but that was the worst customer service Ive ever received. Lots of rolling of the eyes, could barely understand the woman, and when i said "excuse me?" She got pissed. I asked for no pecans in my salad (allergy) & of course i get home and they are in my salad. Yea, never again.

Great food. Great service. Even when i had to wait on salmon to be cooked for my salmon pasta, the manager offered me a free large drink for my wait, and when i finally got my food, got home, and opened it, it was the largest piece of salmon ive seen in a long time. Way treat your customers!. Ill happily be back this weekend

Variety including healthy choices. Very very good! To describe the venue -it reminds me of an Italian Chipotle. Great pasta with sauce choices, wonderful salads that you can choose chicken crisp or grilled or salmon. Fabulous meatballs. All kinds of toppings for piadas, salads, and pasta.

Its like Chipotle for pasta! My girlfriend took me here for the first time and I was really glad she did. The food was fresh and really tasty. The price was competitively average. I recommend you try eating here if you have not yet. Really good. Five Stars!

Food is fairly decent, I wouldnt call it Italian though. The customer service is horrible. They cant figure out that a customer standing in front of them is how they make money. Been a customer for a year and they havent figured it out. Im not coming back

Would be 5 stars for the food, which is great, especially for the price, but depending on who is serving you, can be interesting. Luckily, all you are doing is getting the food from them in a very Chipotle-style service and after that, you are on your own.

Food was good with lots of Italian options. Had the pesto pasta and a Piada stick...very tasty. A little pricey but worth it. Service was extremely fast and friendly. Kinda like an Italian Chipotle, but a bit more personal. Will visit again.

Dont let the surly employees scare you off, the food is good. There are sometimes too many choices but thats mostly a good problem. Would have been 5/5 stars if the employees didnt have so much disdain in their attitudes.

The girl on the register was so rude. She claims she worked at Chick Fil A in the past, well I now know why she is no longer there. They would not tolerate actions like she has. I will not go to this Piada anymore.

While this is not any Olive Garden. Theyre fast and friendly. Not a huge selection, but hey, this is a specialty fast food place. Took a second to figure out their menu, etc. But worth return trips again and again.

Pasta is my favorite food so I have high expectations. Piada exceeds those expectations with their pasta bar. Customizable with so many delicious options and right in my budget. I crave it at least once a week. :)

Tried applying to this location and the new Parma location. The food is okay but the staff wete rude and disrespectful to me when I asked about applying there. They discriminate and may be racially biased.

The food was alright, I wasnt too crazy about it though. The menus are kind of scattered everywhere in the line instead of being where everyone can see it. The restaurant itself is pretty comfortable.

The price was high (over ten for just a piada and drink) but very delish!!! The wrap was HUGE though and very satisfying. And the staff was kind, helpful, and interactive. Ill be back for sure!!

The food is EXCELLENT. Ive never been to a fast food type italian restaurant before. And I will go again. I do think the tables need a good scrubbing, they looked clean but were sticky.

Whats not to like? Sometimes referred to as the Chipotle of Italian food, your meal is made to order right in front of you. The food is excellent, the staff is great-it is a must try.
