The day time manager there through the week (as of 2/22/2016) is impeccable. I found it hard to believe I was in a fast food joint. In a world where cashiers are unfriendly, barely speak (or dont speak at all), play with their coworkers between orders and type away on smart phones, I found this place completely refreshing. I go there for lunch exclusively now when I feel like lunch near Ruskin. Not only was he courteous and friendly, so were his employees! Took my tray and held the door on my way out. I literally had to rub my eyes to make sure this was for real. Weekend is above average, but if you go through the week during the day, that guy runs a tight ship. I barely saw a cigarette butt in the parking lot, and the palms had all been manicured, compared to the Burger King next door with dead fronds. I am about the most critical person on earth, and even I could not find a fault. I cant think of any other place I have ever been to I would give 5 full stars to, but as far I am concerned, based on my visits so far, this place can not currently be improved. Every place in Tampa could take a lesson from what I saw there - and actually give a crap about customers and quality. Im still shocked.

Their management has gone downhill in the last few months. Our order is always missing something or prepared incorrectly or given to us as slop wrapped in paper. We called to complain about it and the manager told us to tell the staff not to mess up our order. Hows that for some quality control?

Everything was great but for some reason, its always difficult to get taco sauce for my items. Tonight, once again despite my pleadings, they didnt give me any hot sauce. Its a constant problem at the drive thru at this restaurant. Im starting to question why i eat there.

Well, its a Taco Bell. Portions seem to be on par with other Taco Bells I have visited, which is a little on the skimpy side. Overall, the food is as expected and always a great place to grab a few (American) tacos when you have that Taco Bell craving.

If they mess up your order they will gladly replace any item and make food items to your taste removing anything you dont want in youre food and adding something you do want. And above all extremely cordial and friendly service.

Very clean and very nice staff. My order came out incorrectly (but that happens), the team members were quick to fix it and apologize. Everyone is friendly and the food comes out quickly and fresh. I heart taco bell.
