So over this location. I was happy at first when it re-opened, but they need to keep it closed down. The service on multiple occasions has been unacceptable. There is always something wrong with my order, I always check before I leave. This last visit was the last straw. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SUN CITY LOCATION, anywhere else fine but not them. As soon as I pull up there is a big sign on the speaker that advertises a $5 combo. When I get to the window they try to charge me regular price, the young man at the window got the manager to take care of it even after admitting he knows exactly what Im talking about and he doesnt know why its not ringing up correctly. Long story short after waiting for 5-7 mins watching the manager hold a personal convo with the customer at the window, she then decides to haul ass as far as making my food an even saying that the lady is going to have to get a hook up for waiting so long, talking about me. But she was so busy talking that she didnt realize I already had my food an was just waiting for my bill to be adjusted to what is advirtised, that didnt happen. This lady argued with me over the fact that she couldnt do anything about the price since it didnt wrong up in the computer like the advirtised price. I looked at her like the retarded oriental blonde looking cow she resembled and asked if I were anywhere else they would honor what they advertise but not this lady! Poor customer service skills. I shouldve just drove off with the food, she was too stupid to pay attention anyways but I didnt I just threw it back in the window an let her clean it up since she wanted to be rude, I showed her what rude looks like.

Terrible customer service... Dont mean to sound racist, but everyone who worked there was black, not the normal kind, but the ghetto black. I saw them all on their phones laughing loud and touching foods with their bare hands, I even saw an employee deal with cash and use that same hand to touch and finish wrapping my burger. They charged me 42$ for 3 sandwiches ( only 1 meal ) and a extra side of medium fries. I knew something wasnt right so I asked for a receipt immediately, to which they replied " the machines not working right now." The manager takes over almost right away and shoos me away, and yells at me to never come back... WTF i just wanted a receipt for something they clearly overcharged me for. I park my car and pull up to the window to have a talk with them, and they start threatening to call the police, getting really loud and rude. Up to this point I almost lost my temper but I had my kids with me in the car and I had a place to be so I didnt want to cause a scene. But for those who are debating on going to checkers in this location for a quick bite, please do so elsewhere, listen to the reviews, this place has hit rock bottom.

The husband and I decided to try Checkers for the first time last week. We went to the drive through, but it was pouring rain. Raining sideways. The length of time required to order at the sign would have soaked the inside of our car. Since there was literally no one else there and no one behind us, I pulled to the window to order since they have an overhead cover. They would not take our order because of a "timer". There was not a single customer in the store or in the drive through other than us. I understand that certain things need to happen, but you are telling me that you absolutely can not take my order when there is no one else there, because of a timer? Poor, poor customer service IMO. Left without ordering something. If you cant help someone out in a less than ideal situation, youre not going to get my business. I might try it some other day, but that just left a horrible impression.

why is it that this checkers NEVER gives me exactly what i ask for.......im a local so i come here alot only because its nearby...but man every single time!something is wrong...like today i ordered two four for three...no onions on burgers....what do i get ALOT OF ONIONS AND NO APPLE PIES.....my fries were over cooked ....burgers were cold....Small portions on the chiken bite box.....ok food but man some of those empoyees gota pull it together or something.....next time im taking my complaint to corprate...because its every single time ...some how my order gets.. screwed up.......CHECK YOUR MEAL BEFORE YOU LEAVE!...Odds are you probly got someone elses order....oh yeaa....that happens too....shaking my head...1*- star review

Dont get me wrong, I really like Checkers and I am really happy that I finally have one close to my home. But, after more than 5 times I visit the store, this are my thoughts: 2 times they give me an incomplete order, the first time I notice it when I was home, I had to return to the store to get the missing burger. By the time I finally got my order complete, it was already cold, the second time I checked before leaving and I told them. A couple of times, they give me the order wrong, the wrong burger. One day the fries where burned and very greasy. If you really like Checkers like me, go, BUT I will recommend you to double check ALL your order before leaving. I really hope the service gets better!

On june 7,2016 round about 1:45pm i order 2 of $4 deal i wanted chocolate milkshakes but she had give me vanilla so I told her that I wanted chocolate milkshakes but she was so rude when i got to the window she was a old lady in her 50 or 60. She gave me back my credit card and told me to leave her store and that she wasnt going to service me .i think thats so rude as a manager to tell a customer that.these are the type of managers yall got running a business for yall RUDE. i called back that night just to git her name they told me Mable and she is the GM I said really. So i went back today just to get a receipt so i can make my complaint. I will be getting in contact with corporate about this issue

Girl working drive right now March 30 2016 at 10:56 am was rude. Had a very snappy attitude explaining things on the menu. I then asked for a sandwich pictured on the drive thru menu and she became even more of a problem when she said "we dont have that sandwich anymore" like Im supposed to know. I told her at the window that they should take the picture down. Her response "we are...there are only two people here". The store was not crowded, just one other customer whom she was probably rude too also. If I was the owner or manager....fired. There isnt one person on this planet that would want her to represent their company.I welcome a response from whoever is in charge.

I have seen a couple of negative reviews for this place. However, I find the food to be inexpensive & tasty. Service is always friendly BUT can be slow at times (and once they forgot my order while others, who ordered after me, were served). However, overall, I go back every two weeks or so. I would not do that if I was dissatisfied with this place. Seating is ONLY outside on cement tables. Parking can be problematic at busy times. There is a drive through. Food is much more preferable in taste and cost than McDonalds- down the road.
