Went to drive-thru with a coupon and was told I could only use it for one meal, asked for the manager and was told NO. I had to drive around and go inside to speak with the manager, Katrina. She honored the coupon with hesitation. Then when my food was finally ready the employee tossed my bag on the counter and turned around. I tried getting her attention for ketchup, but she ignored me. The manager came over with a sigh and an attitude and threw some ketchup packets in my bag. Thanks for making me feel like you dont appreciate my business. Ill remeber to take it elsewhere next time.

Horrible, how can these people expect $15 an hour when they cannot get a simple cheese burger with 3 items correct 3x. It took them 3x to get it correct. Whopper cheeseburger with heavy pickle and mustard, thats it, they kept putting everything on it and it finally took the manager to stand beside them to hold their hand to get it correct. Ridiculous.

This is a brand new location that shuts their ice cream machine down early every night and and claims that its broken. How can this new replace have had a broken ice cream machine for 3 months. Sounds like lazy staff
