I ordered online, the app gave me a 40 minute time frame to make it, and I arrived in the drive-thru about 5 minutes before the pick up time. It took a good 5 minutes for anyone to come to the window as if theres no alerting system. I paid and the girl said they were just cutting my pizza. 15 minutes go by & Im still sitting at the window. A boy came and handed me 2 pizza boxes which werent mine. I told him I ordered the "$10.99 pizza box" (which has its own distinct box so I thought I was making it easy for him to get the right one). He comes back & hands me a large pizza box that only has one round pizza in it, which of course wasnt mine either. He went back to look for mine. After another 5+ minutes waiting at the window, my husband got out of the car & went in to get the pizza while I waited in the drive-thru in case the worker came back. My husband walked out with the right looking box, so I pulled forward to make sure it was correct this time. Only 3 slices actually had toppings on the pizza. It was only supposed to be a cheese pizza, but 5 of the slices had literally nothing on them but sauce. I went back inside & gave it back. They seemed to have a lot of issues because I was not the only upset customer in the store. The girls working the front register had a line & kept apologizing to people for the wait on their orders, one lady was yelling at the manager for messing hers up so bad, multiple people had been given the wrong pizzas... This seems to be a common experience for their customers. The workers seemed like they were annoyed that there were even customers in the store, and annoyed that we were upset about getting other peoples orders and bad pizzas. Anyways... They made me a new pizza that actually had toppings on all of it, so I go home, grab a slice, and it just didnt taste right. I flipped over a piece and realized the dough wasnt cooked all the way. Have you ever had uncooked pizza dough? Its pasty and not tasty at all. I put it in the oven for about 5 minutes, which only ended up ruining it more by overcooking the cheese and doing nothing for the dough (Im obviously not a pizza maker but figured dough has to be cooked, which happens in an oven), so I didnt get to eat any of it. Even if I hadnt put it in the oven, I wasnt going to eat pasty, uncooked pizza. And I wasnt going to drive 15 minutes to go back up to have that "customer service" experience again. Worst experience ever. Im done with Pizza Hut. After all this, we spent almost 2 hours waiting for pizza we couldnt eat. At least I can rely on Papa Johns to be cooked & actually have cheese on it, which is the SINGLE topping that leaves on EVERY pizza that goes through a pizza store! If you do go to this location, check your order before you leave and make sure you take a bite or look at the underside of a slice to make sure the dough is actually cooked.

This is the most convenient pizza place for me to order for my big family I Admit the last couple times Ive called and ordered or placed orders online - it seems to be not going so well - so as my order came in tonight it was def not we expected - but at the same time when I called to ask the manager what was going on he was very polite and respectful. I asked him are you guys just extremely busy and not used to it tonight or short on staff because if thats the case I completely would understand.. he Was completely honest and asked if I would like my order resent ! No I would not and not because they did wrong but because he was honest with me and generous there is no reason to resend the order we can make it work :-) Thank you to this manager for being honest sometimes being in management you have to make tough calls - and you handled the situation with dignity and grace! I understand everywhere has a few issues but as long as you have great customer service that is key & obviously this manager was a little more than shocked when I told him no I was I fine with it thanks for the explanation and totally understood!

Ordered and had delivered 2 pastas with 2 cheese sticks. Very simple order. To the hotel we are staying at. They didnt bring plates or plastic ware. I tried to stop the guy before he left but he was nowhere to be found. The hotel lobby was locked and wasnt able to get any there because of that. I called pizza hut back to see if they could bring some. I mean its obviously not finger food. They cant bring it unless its in the notes and they dont tell you that when u order. (Im at a hotel not at home I dont travel with my dinner ware.) The woman told me they could only do if I ordered and that it was past time to order. They were still open for 30 minutes. But the driver couldnt bring it unless it was an order. So even though its common sense to bring it and other pizza delivery places do they cant and they wouldnt let me place an order. Because of this my not quite 2 year old had cheese off the cheesesticks for dinner. Thankyou for sucking pizza hut. You really are the worst weve ever dealt with.. Have not once had this problem anywhere else.

Worst pizza ever ! The only thing it had going for it was that it did arrive hot. When I called the girl introduced herself and asked for my phone number which we had just changed I tried to give the address when she once again asked for the number I said hang on have to find it then she then asked for the address which I had started to give her before then ordered the pizza. We ordered the bacon stuffed crust pizza and made the pizza a meat lovers. The pizza was so thin crusted that you couldnt even pick it up. It also was not cut all the way through. We had to eat it with a fork. The stuffed bacon crust was a joke if there was bacon in there you couldnt taste it prevents see it. Shouldnt have to eat pizza with a fork because the crust wont support the topping. Very disappointed in the pizza.

I am visiting my mother at a facility near here and whos health is failing. I was with my daughter and we were hungry. I just left Pizza Hut and let me tell you, that was the worst service, experience, I have ever had in a Pizza Hut. The Manager is a joke!! He is definitely the problem. No control of the employees whatsoever. They were all sitting around talking to their friends that came in the store, not paying attention to their patrons. I never received my breadsticks. How do you get your pizza but never the breadsticks? Oh and just because I didnt have to pay for my pizza because the service was bad doesnt mean I come back to this store ever again. Trust me, NOT ever, but thank you anyways for the offer. Ha! I wouldnt send my enemy to experience this store and the service.
