Now I understand this is fast food, I actually used to work for Taco Bell and I understand you get what you pay for, but we didnt get ONE SINGLE ITEM we payed for. (And unfortunately this isnt the first time). First of all we were the ONLY people in the drive through line until after we paid, so i dont really understand whos food we got. Second, Not only did we NOT get ONE Single menu item we ordered but Not One had any meat on it either. This also meant that we spent almost 10$ on food we didnt eat. (Again I get its not alot of $$ but still) and when I say no meat I mean it was a tortilla with lettuce, sour cream cheese and tomatos. Not really appetizing. We ordered a couple burritos and two Doritto tacos but what we got was chaluppas, a quesadilla and a crunchwrap all meat free. (What we ordered was not meat free)Taco Bell please get your employees to play closer attention. Handing out the correct order in line is not that hard and I say that because Ive done it.

I wouldnt give this place a single star. They dont understand that they are open at 6am and at 615, their doors should be open. They are never ready for business for those of us who like to grab breakfast on our way to work. Their employees are rude, never prepared for work, and when you do get inside you will have to wait about 5-10 minutes before they attempt to take your order. The best way to describe this place can be summed up in one word, pathetic!

Taco salad now has mostly rice mixture at bottom versus using refried beans. Rather disappointed about that. Chicken was good as well as the freshness of the lettuce , cheese, and sour cream. Had a few cubes of tomatoes, but not much. They use red nacho chips on top, which is too much and doesnt do anything for taste. Didnt see any guacamole on it at all. Taco salads used to be so good years ago. Oh well, wont get the salad any longer

Good food however it is definitely NOT "fast" food. It always takes at least 15 minutes to get our food made...its sad that it takes this long even when its not busy. The staff doesnt seem to have any interest in getting food out quickly. It used to be that staff had to get food made and to the customer in a certain amount of time...those standards seem to be ignored these days. On the bright side, staff is nice and food is good.

Everytime I go they mess up my food I have to call and complain the last time part of my quesadilla was completely missing steak and didnt have the top part of the tortilla they told me I could come back and have it replaced I Wont Go Back Im not going to waste my time theyre only getting one star because I cant post this if I dont put a star

Both of the managers were disrespectful and were to busy laughing and giggling take our order and they were telling us the screen was frozen when it clearly was not. The managers we spoke with where Harley and Briana. Dont waste your time. We ended up going to the palmetto taco bell which had much better service.

Taco Bell in Ellenton has been the most amazing experience Ive had for fast food. The people there are so nice. They work as a team instead of yelling at each other. The general manager picks the right people for this restaurant. Great job guys keep it up. I wish all fast food was like you guys.

This is literally the best Tacobell in the world, all these other reviews are from people that probably were rude and expect too much. Dont listen to them, Ive gone there six times this week and theyve been generous and nice every single time. Manager(s) is/are super cool also.

Crappy service. No procedure to their cooking. Barely any steak on my chalupa. Cook flipped over my mexican pizza in small bag ans asked to put in a big bag and he put just the Mexican pizza in the paper tray with no box. Dont ever come here.

The restaurant is clean and quiet, nice for dining in. Diet Mountain Dew is one of the drink choices, few other places besides Taco Bell have this and its one of my favourite things about this place.
