Estoy decepcionado de la poca atención y falta de respeto con nosotros los clientes, primero las personas que contestan el teléfono no prestan atención a lo que uno quiere ordenar y si la persona se demora en tomar la decisión para ordenar le tiran el teléfono y no ofrecen una disculpa de vuelta y siempre son de afán, segundo la comida la sirven del día anterior, porque se puede notar la textura, el sabor y la calidad, (varias hice el reclamo, pero no me resolvieron nada), tercero sirven la comida fría y ademas la sirven mal y sin ganas. Nosotros somos clientes concurrentes en el restaurante pero ya llegó al límite de dejar pasar tantos errores y ademas no es viable y de buen gusto estar cambiando tanto a las servidoras (meseras), ¿Y porque solo mujeres?......

Mal servicio, desde hace como un año ha cambiado todo, subieron los precios, esto que me paso marcara este restaurante, yo llegue un poco antes que cerraran el dia 06/28/17 y pedi algo para comer y prácticamente me botaron para la calle, dicho por el propio dueño con el que hable y después de explicarle que no tenia donde comerme la comida me dijo y cito (Tienes que comer rápido porque vamos a cerrar) y en el local estaban 4 mesas de las 4, 3 estaban esperando por sus platos en fin, algo sin profesionalidad, yo no lo recomiendo, ojalá y nadie mas tenga que pasar por este momento

un amigo me comento de este restaurante. tuve la oportunidad de visitarlo el lunes pasado, para mi sorpresa la atencion fue deficiente. Les dije a las senoritas que se encontraban atendiendo que era mi primera visita pero como si no hubiera hablado o dicho nada. nunca ofrecieron un menu o se les ocurrio saludar gratamente. hoy estoy segura que no habra regreso. increible ya que nosotros los colombianos nos hemos caracterizado por ser amables y gente eficiente.

The food was good and reasonably priced but the service really lacked. I love great service and our server never came back to check on us. Did not refill our drinks. When she did come back, she has the bill in her hand. I wanted a dessert and coffee. The flan was terrible it was not homemade. She took it out of the refrigerator right in front of me. The coffee was weak and she never came back after that. A large party came in and it seems she was overwhelmed. Another server came by to assist us and I actually had to get up and go to the register to get my coffee made better and pay. I did tell the servers at the register I was disappointed with the service. There was no management there. I think they are still in business because there is nothing else around.

Fui por primera vez a desayunar. La comida estaba mala fria y pedi un cafe que pense estaria fresco y sabia frio y malo. Pedi el cheque y todo era lento. La chica esta muy sonriente y es lo único que me gusto pace a pagar mi cuenta y teniendo empleados de frente nadie me atendio continúaron sus conversaciones personales.. no lo recomiendo

I did not like because (you) the employees spend talking and did a order a chicken sandwich at 3:36 pm. Tuesday May 9, 2017 and they made me delivery at 4:04 pm. 28 minutes later and a sandwich is something which is prepared in 5 minutes ... I ordered a smoothie papaya milk and fruit was unable to make a smoothie, claiming that he knew only change water and the employee told me who spoke with his boss and did not allow you to change the batter, I had to buy another shake Passion Fruit ... But attention is very slow --Thank you -

Vendieron este restauran so ahora es administración nueva por lo tanto no es lo mismo y nunca volverá a ser el mismo que pena que los nuevos dueños no tengan esa misma importancia por sus clientes ni por la cocina en pocas palabras se JODIO Mi Bandera!

Nothing to Drool over .....Same Colombian food you find at every other Colombian restaurant. Would really like to see some Cartagena food like costeno food. Like arroz de Coco, deep fried snapper, butifara con bollo, Monte de queso sopa......Their pollo a la plancha is really dry I mean like shoe leather. Im half Colombian and go ever summer and Ive definitely had better food then this. The empanadas here are 98 percent potatoe filler and like 2 percent meat if any......Just saying

For me this place has the best Colombian empanadas and bandeja paisa. I always eat here every month or so. Last week was the first time I had bad service by a spoiled waitress when picking up my order; however, another waitress noticed and she came and took over as her way to smooth things over which I appreciated. The rude waitress was new as all others were the usual employees that are always there. However the food always is on point which is why I still gave them five stars.

Servicio no muy bueno, mesera no muy profesional, no ofrecio postre o cafe, y tomo mucho tiempo para traer la cuenta y autorizar la tarjeta!!. Comida no estuvo mal!!

no me gusto el servicio que recibi, el bistec empanizado de mi hijo estaba quemao y casi no tenia carne, fue el bistec mas finito que e visto en mi vida.

been going to the restaurant since they opened, now new owners dont care about the foos i ordered a mofongo with carne frita, the meat was over fried and the mofongo was cold made with old plantains. my sons food was burnt overcooked. been comming for 7 years never had an issue till last year the new owners took over

The services was horrible I order rice and chicken for my kids the chicken was burn plus I order meat with onions that I didnt like i ask if they can replaced it with chicken they said no. We come from Ft.Lauderdale for vacation we stop here to eat dinner it was the worst experience. We dont recommend this place.

Food was great and we didnt have to wait too long for it to arrive. It was slightly dry but maybe its just me because im so a customized for juicy food. Overall expirence was great and I was able to take food home because there was so much in my plate (great for the money I paid)

I didnt like anything about it, we order some tostones with carne Frita and the meat was rotten, no flavor plus they dont know how to make tostones. After we spend over $60 the people that we bought food they all sick of the stomach.

Horrible, the place its dirty, food its terrible. I did look in to the kitchen, an its NASTY!!!!! stay AWAY!!!! Please check La Pequena Colombia, much better Colombian Food. Service its the only good thing about this restaurant.
