I used to like Sarku. But the experience on Friday evening at the Governors Square Mall make me decide never go there again. Here are the problems: (1) The chefs mixed turners (utensil) for raw meat and cooked meat for meal delivery, which may cause bacteria infection. (2) The chefs did not follow order for meal delivery. I waited for almost 20 minutes, and saw peoples behind me took order and left. I finally decided to get my refund and left.

I had the rice and teryaki chicken. Im not sure what type of cheap teryaki sauce they bought. But it tastes like dollar store stuff. When I tried to return my meal because I couldnt take it anymore and found no point in gagging with every bite, the manager refused to do so. Dont eat here. Mandarin is better

Food was average at best and the lady at the counter was unbelievably rude, I asked for a box for the rest of my meal and for some reason she refused to give me a box. I was baffled and then she gave me a little box but it didnt fit in there. This place should be replaced with a Moes.

- Ive been going to this Sarku for many years. Sometimes as often as once a week when I was in high school. The team has changed a bit and so has the teriyaki recipe, but the great quality remains the same for both. Friendly service and tasty food. :)

Various meal options available and service is very fast. Chicken shrimp teriyaki meal options available and you can substitute the rice with noodles at an extra cost. The chicken dumplings are a great starter to share as it comes in 6 pieces.

Use to love this place went in today the service was rude didnt get my order right or the people in front of me and told me I couldnt use the sj club anymore because they have new cards after years of eating here Ill never be back
