I went 11/5/16, it was really disappointing. The waitress was incredibly curt and seemed annoyed we came, Ive never had someone seem so angry about taking an order. A different woman brought out the food - she seemed mildly terrified as she tried to figure out who ordered what (it was 4 people and I dont think she was told who ordered what). Then the food was super disappointing too. My gyro had a mangled toothpick in it that only served to make a mess. My boyfriends burger had more blue cheese on it than burger, he had to scrape off enough to top another 4 burgers. The other woman was not given a side of ranch she ordered. Her boyfriend was given toppings on his burger he asked not to be included (at least that wasnt too big a problem, its easy to take onions off). Overall, way disappointing.

There are better places in town, but if you like food, sports and great service, this is the place to go. Hooters is like a joke these days, and this place represents what Hooters used to be, which is AWESOME. The food alone can make your day better, but the service is always great. Go here on fight night if your a UFC fan and you will NOT be disappointed. The food always comes out on time. However dont expect to come out in 5 mins after placing your order. All the food here is made fresh (minus some apps) so dont get mad if your waiting for 20 mins, but they are throwing down fresh meat on that grill and it takes some time to cook. Well worth it though, each and every time.

as we sat down we got treated badly by a rude obnoxious waitress. It took almost an hour for us to get our food and the place was empty aside from a few drunk students dancing funny by the bar. All the waitresses did was goof off. I was sitting there thinking, wow you really want to lose customers acting like that. When we were sitting there eating, this waitress brought us our check and started taking our food and we werent even finished. She just started snatching everything away. The Hobbit Hoagies in Havana is so much better and we have no problem eating there but the one on Pensacola street is not worth going back to.

My boyfriend and I tried this place and Im glad we did. We went around 10pm during a weekday, so it was not busy. Our server was very nice. I think his name was maybe Mike or something? I had the Carolina gold and medium boneless wings and my boyfriend had the extra hot traditional wings. The food was inexpensive, fast, hot, and tasted great. These were some of the largest boneless wings that Ive had, lots of meat and perfect breading. My only problem was it seemed like they just poured the sauce over the wings instead of shaking them to cover them.

Ordered online. A mishap happened when I ordered traditional wings, they came over as boneless. I called and the manager, Josh, stated that even if I showed him that I ordered it correctly he wouldnt do anything for me because how the order came over to him. He was very uncaring, brushed it off and told me I could come buy more wings if I wanted. I understand that their ordering system is 3rd party but if I could prove that it was not my fault, he should have done the right thing and gave me what I actually ordered. Terrible customer service.

This was one of the worst restaurants Ive been to. The service was miserable. It took an hour to get our food and the place wasnt even busy. The food itself was mediocre. It would take 20 minutes just to get a drink. Both waitresses that interacted with our table were extremely rude. They would snatch stuff out of our hands and one of them even slammed a drink on our table. They were very short with us and not once refilled our drinks. I will never go back there again and will tell everyone I know not to go there. Horrible place.

Excellent food!!! Love so many choices I cant choose one... Fried Buff Chick wrap awesome, wings- best in town!...chili comforting and delicious... cheese burgers "A"mazing... everything is great Onion Rings are beyond words and I love their sweet potato fries (but I ask for ranch dressing as they come with Gorgonzola and I like them with ranch) The place is o.k. clean, not spotless, but the food is so good I over look the rest. The service is great! I eat there several times each week as its my favorite!

went here to order food after my sisters graduation a few weeks back, and it had a great atmosphere. People were happy and eating but no one took our order after we sat for nearly 15 minutes. I understand it might have been busy but still. The lighting in the restaurant was too dim and the icing on the cake no one at our table could even read their crappy menu. Our tables were still wet from whoever ate there before us. Needless to say we left and went down the street to find a better place.

I order from hobbits at least once a week and order the same thing , there is a female who answers the phone and says the same thing, that they dont serve the same meal I order every week then I proceed to say, yes I oder this meal every rime and she gets an attitude with me and isnt pleasant , the past few times Ive been there to get my order I have to wait a awhile because no one makes eye contact with me basically ignoring me for a while, its getting irritating

Walked in and was greeted nicely and you get to pick your own seats, the employees were so friendly especially my waitress who even let me try out a sauce before getting it on my wings which is awesome! Prices are fair, my wings were off the chain in flavor I had my ultimate favorite sauce honey mustard and my new favorite Garnet and Gold and a church punch as a drink which was great as well! Id definitely make it a place Id visit once and a while!

They seem to have more trouble here taking orders for wings than any other hobbit and the rules are different from everywhere else. On wing day I was told I couldnt have 12 of one type and 8 of another. Then they refused to put the flavors in different boxes. I love hobbit wings. Ive been coming to hobbit for years. Dont go to this location if you can avoid it. There are 2 other locations that are fantastic.

Sadly, there is almost nothing about this place that the author of The Hobbit would appreciate. Tolkiens hobbits go to pub-like settings for good food and good company, not for mostly unhealthy food and television. In my view, this place should be renamed to "Just Another Tallahassee Sports Grill." Dont get me wrong, as a standard sports restaurant with classic American fare, this is a fine place to eat.

They are not dedicated to customer service. On their menu, they have half a page dedicated to 4 self-righteous and pretentious paragraphs basically telling you to dine at your own risk. For example, they explicitly state that they dont have time for you to not be completely decisive on your takeout order, and that they are not responsible for orders they thought you made but didnt.
