I took my family of 4 and got 4 trays and upgraded to milkshakes I ordered double cheeseburger with no onions and everything else extra pickles alright they messed up 2 of my burgers then gave me 2 burgers I didnt order so I took it back told the manager what I ordered showed my receipt and told her were all allergic to onions she said she would fix it with an attitude then she calls me back and says my food is done I get the bag all my burgers got big onions and bacon now Im mad so I tell her this is not what I just said she said sorry she would fix it but shes the manager what the hell so I stand there waiting after I spent $40 for everything I got we waited 35 min the manager messed up my order not once not twice but 3 damn times the French fries was good and our shakes were good as well but because we are allergic and the manager messed up I asked for a refund on my burgers I will not go back the customer service was the worst Ive encountered

Ive been to this cookout multiple times and it never fails to deliver. The staff is always very nice and courteous and the food is tasty and economical. There is a slight wait for your food but thats because its made to order. You can get a sandwich, two sides, and a drink for $5. If you add $1 you can get a milkshake which I promise you wont regret. They have about 20 milkshake flavors. Eggnog is my favorite but its seasonal and only offered in December. The last time I went they forgot my cheesecake. When in brought it to their attention, they gave me a feee milkshake for the inconvenience.

First time here..Place inside is nice. Service was good, friendly. I got the smallest size burger( it didnt cover the bun so I would try the regular next time) wth mayo, lett, tomato...I said cheddar cheese and I shldve ask what kind of cheddar cuz they put that liquid yellow kind, I wanted real sliced cheddar. Overall the burger was adequate..I did taste the grill flavor but no seasoning. Fries were good. If I return I would specify about the cheese and I will try their Coke Float. Cost was less than $5 inc a drink.

This is fast food with a fresher taste. Its still fast food, but its a great change from the usual competitors. The best deal would be to get the $4.99 Cookout tray which is your choice of several "cookout" food choices such as hamburgers and hotdogs and two sides. That includes a drink which can be subbed out for an additional fee for a milkshake of one of 40 flavors. They have 40 flavors of milkshakes. THEY HAVE 40 FLAVORS OF MILKSHAKES.

The food is always good and its cheap. It gets extremely busy though, so there may be a long wait. The cook out trays are $5.00, and you can get a good burger, and two sides, which are not limited to just fries or onion rings, but also things like quesadillas, chicken wraps, or chicken nuggets. The milkshakes are great and they have a soda that is very hard to find in Georgia called Cheerwine.

Typical late night fast food bullshit!!!! 30 min wait in line and then my food looks disgusting, soggy fries and literally looks like someone drooped my chicken on the floor and put it back in the box. Plus damn half a chicken tender is gone, now i think someone messed with my food. Screw this place and its sketch ass location. If you know morrow or moreland you know what i mean..

Horrible service food not bad I love cookout but not this location we ordered the 4.99 meal with a burger with cheese and ketchup I get a buger with ketchup only my dad got my cheese completely different orders but he had my burger and I went and asked for cheese she asked for 40 ¢ nuts and I think the workers are to young they need a new manger to and completely rude

Overall food was really good for the price. I got a double burger southwest style, which comes with bbq sauce, pickles, onions and mayo. I also ordered fries with chili.they also were great. The best part was the milkshake. I would say it is better than steakandshake and chickfila milkshakes! If you want a quick bite stop by cookout!

Almost every time I go to this location they mess my order up and they also ARE NOT good when business is at its high like around 12 - 4 pm, theyre forgetful and have forgetten to give me my shake twice when all i ordered was a shake, i believe its to many young people there and the manager needs to do something about who they hire.

Got a cheddar burger. It comes with onions. About 500 of them. Chill out on the onions. The meat was way over cooked and dry. Bun covered in grease likely from greasy hands of a worker. Not sure why people talk so well about this place. Will try one more time to give a chance but not worth it right now.

Both of my hotdogs were undercooked. I love Cook Out. My favorite locations are Moreland Avenue and Northside Drive. However, this location is terrible (especially during peak hours). Ive been 3 times. This time is my last due to my undercooked food. I kid you not, if I could post a pic of this food...

Im not sure what wrong with this place. But I came all the way from Chicago for a steak burger and it made me sick. The one on Moreland is better and faster. This one I think their trying to kill people in the area or you need to hire new staff. I will never go back to this Cook Out ever. Stay away!

This is one of the best kept secrets in the United States. This place is absolutely amazing. To get the food that you get for $5 and it is all delicious, is absolutely amazing! The milkshakes are the best I have ever had. They are heavy when you pick them up because they are made of real stuff.

I love Cook Out. Loved them since staying in NC. Great cheese fries & thick shakes & the grill smell is incredible. They have a prime spot near a busy park. Only flaw is the traffic intersection. Worst one ever!! They should route a alternate driveway entrance leading from the parks entrance.

I ordered 2 milkshakes, one was snickers and one was Oreo. After I purchased them one was completely vanilla. The other had Oreo on just the top and had snickers mixed in. Frank to say Im just upset. And I never got a receipt which I realized after purchasing the underwhelming shakes.
