I can not STAND this donatos. I wish so badly I could order from literally any other donatos. Every time I order, its guaranteed by about 98% they mess up my order. Ive spoken to the manager multiple times. The most pleasant time was when I went into the store. It was clean and the food was perfectly made and customer service was great. Ordering though is an entirely different story. There was a time when I ordered two different kinds of wings. They called me and said they ran out of wing boxes and could they put them both in one box. I asked if they could at least separate them with a Divider or something and he said again they were out of boxes. I made my suggestion again and he said they already put them in the box. And got rude and said he could take then back out with his hands and make it all messy if Id prefer that. And I said yeah. Go ahead. Do that. And he responded with he already sent the order out. I was like wait. You called and asked if it were alright if you did something with the food Im ordering and youve already done it? What if Id said no? The first time Id called, the guy who answered told me they didnt deliver to me. And I said yeah you do. Youre half a mile away. And he said hold on and I heard him speaking to someone else and asking what to do and then just hung up on me. When I called back I got a manager. The first person had put my address in wrong. Yesterday when I ordered from work, I asked if they could put feta cheese on my pizza. They responded with saying they dont have any feta cheese. I used to work for the donatos on paragon. So I ordered a chicken harvest entree salad. Which has feta cheese. Which came in my salad. This donatos has low knowledge, low customer service skills except for the manager who always keeps his cool even when Im livid, and seems like they can barely run a store. Even today I asked for cheese sauce and they gave me cold marinara for my bread sticks. Donatos isnt exactly cheap pizza. So I expect the quality to be the same as the prices. I love donatos food so much but I always, always dread ordering from this donatos.

I almost skipped getting a pizza from this location after reading some of the other reviews, but I was short on time and this location was convenient, so I decided to take a chance. The pizza was delightful and the customer service was perfectly agreeable. The staff was polite and my pizza was ready on time. I waited less than 1 minute at the counter to pick up my order. This location deserves better than 3 stars. I think the results are just skewed because nobody leaves a review when nothing goes wrong with their experience.

the pizza is amazing i will say that. however the people who work there are terrible. i have been told incorrect store hours multiple times and theres been a several occasions ive called right before close and they tell me that theyre already closed-and when i asked to speak to a manager i was told that there were none there. how do you have an open business without a manager on duty? if you really want the pizza, its worth the hassle i suppose

Well they was rude over the phone and I really dont care for the pizza my wife does there never seems to be enough cheese on the pizza when you order from alex rd ....j,s But if you want such a pizza order online because if you call they will lie and you will not be able to order the promotional pizza they offer online cause they dont do there job ....poor service.....doesnt make the Best pizza

Have probably ordered from this this place nearly 10 times. The last 2 orders have been horrible. 2 orders ago the delivery girl seemed intoxicated, forgot my drink, and never returned with it. This current order can be summed up by the finger sized Stromboli picture along with this post. (Pathetic) Only reason this place doesnt get 1 or 0 stars is because of past order history.

The pizza was ok, but the woman at the counter (I believe she was the manager or something) was quite rude and had an attitude. Ive only been there once and it was in the evening. Maybe if I go some other time Ill have better customer service.

Every single time Ive ordered from this Donatos they either screw something up or make me wait forever. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while my pizza sat there getting cold once. Worst Donatos Ive been to.

Ive never gotten a bad order from this location and I order here A LOT. Plus they nearly always deliver faster than the time quoted (results may vary) so the pizza is always hot on arrival.
