Theres more than one reason I havent been to a BK in 15 years, but nothing prepared me for the abysmal experience I had to endure at this particular location. Nearly anything that could fail did. From the two dysfunctional drink dispensers, to horridly slow, indifferent service, to the overcooked food that would make a school cafeteria shine I cant put into words what a tragedy this franchise is. I knew I was on shaky ground when I saw co-workers roll their eyes at each other. The only reason we went there in the first place was because of its close proximity to Springhill Suites. I imagine the only way this restaurant survives is by preying on unsuspecting hotel guests. Rest assured I warned folks approaching the restaurant to be warned as I was leaving. Sad. Wish we went McDonalds...

Didnt have all of their drinks in stock. Also didnt have chicken fris and "forgot" to tell me until I paid. Subbed nuggets, which was fine, but forgot to put it in my bag and then asked for a receipt to prove that I didnt get them. When I got back to my hotel, I saw that they gave me 2 single cheeseburgers instead of the 2 doube cheeseburgers that I ordered and paid for. Terrible service. No apologies. Im just happy that I dont live anywhere near here so I never have to come back again.

As a customer of BK vs every other chain, the behavior by the Manager this morning could be called outrageous. I was verbally abused from behind the counter and threatened. I called Corporate which is a first. Managers should be an example for a Business. The employees and customers alike were shocked at her behavior and so was I. Never have I seen such violent behavior displayed from a person behind a counter who should be helping to give a good experience vs causing me stress.

This Burger King is a hit or miss when it comes to Service and/or food quality. Explain 1 time (recently), I stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged for it seemed like 10 minutes.It was not until the 3rd person that came in and Asked is anyone taking order that the young lady STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF US, decide to turn around to make it clear she was not happy to serve us our way OR ANY WAY. Food was delivered to standard. The place was clean. It has updated beverage machines however its hiring practices lacked whites in the diversity of staff leaving this location challenged in its hiring practices. At the time of eating at this location I noticed two Hispanics working which was great. The whites made up 50 percent of the customers making this a very one sided affair. Management is totally responsible for failures of equality.

Idk what it is but everyone that works at this location has a horrible attitude. The service is always very slow & after waiting all that time the food is cold. I just went back and told the manager my food was cold so she said she would replace it .... Took at least 25-30 mins for one order and then the food was warm.... This location needs a whole new staff! Immediately!!!!

Window order employee had a bad attitude.... I dont do attitude especially if Im very polite and nice to you.... Manager was made aware and ask if she can rectify the situation! The flooring was very sticky. The area with the drinks and the napkins was very dirty as well with ketchup and soda splashed everywhere. People forgot my order and had to remind the other person to start cooking it while there were three people standing idly.

Way better good then McDonnalds. His location looks clean and has amazing landscaping. Its really cool going thought Thur drive though with the large trees overhanging. Makes you not feel tucked away out of the city for a minute.
