so went by earlier. ordered a beuford and got the second free with coupon. didnt even take a min for them to give us our order. so we get home and my husband took a bite in it and the meat was hot pink and cold. the second burgers buns were cut in half and had the mayo seeping through so we went to return it and get our money back. the staff was friendly except the manager. young hispanic male named benny. he had a whatever attitude and said that that is how their burgers are cooked. it was hot pink looking in our house and since the sun was out and we were outside, the burger didnt look too pink but it was. he said that they also make the burgers like that with the buns split in half!? really?! well in the end, he wanted to make us another burger but we just asked for the money back instead. dont go here! went last night as well and my husband wanted some fries. well they used old oil/grease because the fries had all the black burnt stuff on them and they tasted old too. HORRIBLE!!

I would like to say 0 star 1 They make me wait on the drive-thru 2 Until finally he decided to get my order I went to the window to pay and He give me NO recit for supposed $27 dollars 3 After I pay the guy give 2 large sodas it was right but then He told me to park at the back for 4 minutes. I feel like 4 hours 4 About exactly 13 minutes I decided to drive to the window again, There was 2 bags and the guys was having a conversation wooowwww 5 When he did open the window I asked to him about my order and he doesnt even know where he are 6 After a long time he understood that those 2 bags was for me, When I opened I found out that I pay for large combo and I did get small french fries with large sodas WTF I dont have more words to explain it

Una hamburguesa diferente. Sabores geniales y combinaciones fuera del standard. Las papas son geniales. Las spicy chicken son geniales y las hamburguesas rellenas con papas fritas. Tal vez no es muy sano, pero ningún exponente de este estilo lo es. Super recomendable para una comida rápida y gustosa.

Service slow, food mediocre at best. I irdered a large strawberry smoothie. What I received was a tasteless crushed ice with a hint of strawberry flavor. It was so bad, I almost turned around for a refund but I didnt want to waste the gas. What I decided is the best thing for me to do is stay home make my own delicious smoothies and fry my own burger. Checkers should not be in business!! The store in North Miami Beach is the pitts. This is nit tge first time Ive had a problem with them, but this is my last visit.

The people working here today, 08/05/17 were absolute morons. They didnt get the order right, it was four items. They messed it up even more when at the window attempting to correct it. Charged me for extra items telling me that what they already charged was only two of the 4. Didnt provide a receipt to explain what was being charged. It was the most frustrating drive through experience of my life. Ive come to this checkers plenty of times and had no issues. Never again.

First I cant put a -5, Service was extremely slow. Our order was wrong, not once, not twice but five time. My wife was asking if they had our order right, they look at us like we was bothering them, I felt like we wasnt wanted there l... The employee even had the nerve to serve us a vanilla shake when we asked for chocolate and argued with us that it was chocolate when in fact it was vanilla. Very very very rude. Never again.....

TERRIBLE Experience at this place! Becarefull everyone upthere buying food on this place. The person named JORSHAY F. took my debit card today october 25, 2016 at 2:25pm to charge $3.77 and we gave him 10 dollars in cash and this person took the 10 dollars for gim and charged us the 13.77 on a debit card. The food was extremely WACK! The ladies and the place is just out of control. I will take thid to the "manager" to stop this

I love checkers but this location is by far the worst Ive been, I live around the area and I have no other choice then to buy my food there. They are super slow they over cook the fries and the fish they give you attitude when you ask for it to be cook the right way. They never open both drive thru late at night they never have what you want i guess they dont want to cook certain things at night. Sucks!!!

Service is always slow. Employees are extremely rude. Last night the fries tasted rotten. They were excessively oily and tasted like the oil hasnt been changed in months. The oil is obviously rancid. The burger was cold. I will never eat from this Checkers again. They should just close it down. Why should anyone wait 20 mins for cold crappy food that will probably make them sick?

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced I mean its fast food but cmon!!! The guy working the window was rediculously rude and even got my order wrong had to return and they were even more rude , Ill never spend my money there again . Go to the one on Biscayne its so much better !

The most messed up fast food restaurant ever. This place needs to be shutdown permanently, or closed for a month and reopened under new management addressing the crappy service messing up the Checkers/Rallys brand! Needs new management and new staff.

Dont eat here they have a lot of roaches and I have a friend that works there he said they store the bread in the bathroom btw the ppl here are GHETTO and have very nasty attitude if you give attitude back they will spit on your food good luck

Worst customer service ever. If there was a special on the menu and you did not order by mentioning the special first...they would charge regular price. The drive thru associate had on a hair bonnet and rushed us to order. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Sat in line for a solid 20 minutes and there were only 2 cars there. We left when the person in front of us put their car into Park and shut it off at the ordering part. Nothing fast about this restaurant will not go to again.

Only go here when a family member craves it. Lived in this area for 15 years and its always the same long wait due to one side only being open. Its the wait time that sucks.
