Sushi was simply outstanding. Everything was very fresh. I could taste the fish so it wasnt over loaded with sauce. I got the two specials of the day which were incredible and turned out being my favorites. The dynamite was explosive! Got a few other rolls as well. The only one I didnt care for was the black dragon (I think thats the name). I dont know if I just dont like eel or if it just wasnt good that day. I will definitely be returning. Good service, clean restaurant, nice atmosphere, and again amazing sushi!

Wow, Just wow! They are amazing! Wonderful sashimi, perfect tempura, excellent rolls! The plum wine is delicious! Both myself and my fiancee are in heaven! Please dont go anywhere else, go try it out! I love the atmosphere, its fun and relaxing! Hernando county doesnt deserve a place as good as this, its off the charts scrumptious, but Im glad its here! Definitely will be coming back, and literally not a bad thing to say about it!

What a little surprise. This is a great Hibachi place. They dont cook in front of you like other Hibachi places but believe me the food is better than famous Benihana. I was so glad my wife and I order one entree for both of us. They give plenty of food and not as expensive as other Japanese steak house restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

We had take out and the order was done and ready to go in 15 minutes. The Scallop fried rice is delicious with egg and hybachi style scallops. Not your typical fried rice. The Crazy Girl roll is fantastic, and even the eel sauce which scared me a bit was great! Classy place that is worth checking out. A culinary jewel in Hernando county!!!

The food is always excellent. However, we do take out and 9 out of 10 times they leave something out of the order. Plus, in order to condense the packaging, they combine items strangely. I call and tell them about missed items. The manager is always apologetic, but at $50 plus per order, apologies eventually dont cut it. We wont be back.

We been coming to E Sushi since the grand opening. I eat here 2 times per month and love it. Best Sushi in our area Spring Hill. Service is excellent and the quality and presentation of the food is top notch. Ive been here so much that the staff knows me and the manager comes to my tablet and asks how have I been. Must eat here.

My husband and I enjoyed a great meal with friends here on 7/16/16. The place is very clean and nice atmosphere. We ate just about every roll we could get our hands on such as the the Boston, Sweet Mango, Sweet Heart,Crunchy, Kelmon, and a couple of others. We also enjoyed Fresh Tuna and Salmon both were great.

Terrible place will never go back. Place was empty. Hostess sat is at a table. Waited over 15min and no server ever came to the table to even take drink order. 4 wait staff standing around talking. Dont waste your time. There is a much better place down the road which actually waits of thier customers.

This sushi restaurant is awesome. I had the sushi lunch and it was so fresh and a huge portion. My wife and daughter had the chicken hibachi and loved it, the portions were also a nice size. Service was also excellent.

What a hidden gem, off the Veterans/Sunshine expressway. Simple elegance in the interior, soothing music and great sushi. Crisp yet soft tempura, tasty clear soup, $12 lunch special with 2 rolls, soup and salad

This is the best Japanese place I have ever been to. They give you so many free appetizers as well as a free dessert if youre there for dinner! Hands down best place (P. S. Their fried oreos are to die for! )

Great spot tucked away in the Publix parking lot. Sushi is delicious and tastes fresh. Excellent staff that are attentive and friendly. I always get the crazy girl roll. Chicken teriyaki is also excellent.

Never ate there only take out but the food is pretty good though. Best thing Ive ordered is the shrimp and scallops hibachi and for the sushi heads, the dynamite roll is the absolute way too go!
