Fun atmosphere and beautiful tasty sushi! The atmosphere was very modern and nicely complimented the food. We ordered the sushi for two which included a chefs special roll which was off the charts delicious. It was complex and deep but suprisingly light. Upon first tasting it, it was savory and mellow and almost nutty, then it became smokey and spicy and earthy, then finished brightly with an explosion of roe against the pallet. It was a delightful and I just wanted more. I do wish their rice was a little higher quality,and our server seemed in over her head. But, the rest of the staff jumped right in and made it a very enjoyable experience. The sushi chef was exceptionally professional, and tended to the needs of his guests above and beyond the call of duty. I cant wait to go back!

Recommended from a friend. I wast expecting much because its sushi in Heath but I was very pleasantly surprised! Dont let the exterior discourage you from going in, its very nice inside. The menu has nice variety, portions are good and the price is fair. The best part of this restaurant is the quality of the sushi, though. I tend to be cautious with sushi in central Ohio for the obvious reasons. After one visit, I feel that I can trust this restaurant to have fresh, good quality sushi. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

We had a party of 15. After being seated it was roughly 25 minutes before the drink order that was a bad sign. They was under staffed on waiters and chiefs so they had two hibachi grills with one cheif who burnt about 1/3 of the food due to trying to do twice the work. The story goes on and on... Forgot some of the order, had to get our own silverware, they even forgot plates. Seriously they need help!

Absolutely fantastic atmostphere, the first thing you notice is very dim lighting, but when youre seated at the right side of the restaurant, theres these incredible lighting walls. The food is fantastic and the servers are very attentive. Make sure that you get your miso soup though!

Secret gem! Like the other reviews said dont let the outside or plaza scare you away. The inside is very nice, great service and amazing food! Great prices as well. I had shrimp tempura roll and steak fried rice. Both were amazing! Dont hesitate for a moment to try it!

The restaurant is aesthetically appealing -- the water features, lighting, and decor create a very memorable dining experience. I cant believe it has been open over a year & I am just now discovering this fantastic restaurant -- the sushi is phenomenal!

This is the best hibachi grill I have ever been to. From Pittsburgh, to the deep south, it takes the cake. Spectacular service, expert chef, perfect food and fair prices. Its a must and the only Japanese to eat in Newark, OH!

Might be the best tasting sushi Ive had in Ohio to date. Portions may be a little small for the money. I had yellow tail and tuna nigiri, yellow tail roll, spider roll. I use west coast sushi as my reference for great sushi.

An absolutely incredible place to eat. Its great for a night out, or even a school trip. The workers are friendly and will gladly answer any questions you might have. A must for anyone interested in Asian culture and food.
