First time here, food was pretty good. I think I ordered the wrong things. Service was awesome, and its nice inside. I had the goyza dumplings fantastic. Calamari was like rubber, teriyaki chicken meh. Next time I go (I will go back) I picked out a whole bunch of other things I want to try. Its a sushi place and I didnt order any, so next time I will! I have 5 stars because service was great and wouldnt be fair if I had not tried the ahi tuna and some sushi.

Nice place!!!! Very clean, good fresh sushi.. i had the Christmas roll and the Triple S.. both very delicious.. we also had the shrimp pineapple fried rice which was also very good.. the place was clean and the restroom was very clean!! recommend this place! Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because ive been to awesome sushi places that would be more 5 starts- strictly my preference..

Excellent food, large portions, and moderate prices. The location for this place is unfortunate, because if it were on St armonds circle or downtown, this place would be a huge hit. Its an awesome place to get Japanese food in Sarasota. I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing something to eat here.

Prices were very affordable and everything we ate was delicious. Our server was extremely kind and watched out for us at all times. Needless to say my water was always full. Anyway, their sushi was delicious especially the Sarasota roll. Id come back here every week if it wasnt so far from home.

Ive visited several time and every time the service is wonderful. Ive tried a variety of items on the menu for lunch and dinner, everything is great. Lunch time is better if you want a relaxing environment, dinner time feels a bit rushed but thats normal. Great place in my book!

Top notch sushi & service. Dont be dissuaded by the non-Japanese staff, the owner is Japanese and the super-friendly personnel are well trained and experienced having come from New York sushi restaurants. Be sure to check out the specials every Friday. I know I will!

We were debating about coming to this place because there werent many cars in the parking lot. (2:20 pm) But we are so glad we did. The sushi was amazing! Come and try the Triple S roll or the Black Dragon roll.

Went here for lunch today with a friend. We shared an appetizer, and each had a few rolls under the lunch special. Everything was very fresh and tasty. Service was also great and will be back again!

Best Sushi in Sarasota Really good. Only place around that has live fish. The real deal. Had really good live scallops and toro-toro roll the other day. Be sure to ask for what is special today.
