The people here are WONDERFUL! My Cafeteria Manager and I (we work for a local Charter School) were working with Piocos Chicken for our annual Thanksgiving Feast for the kids of our school. We worked mostly with Edgar and Miguel who were patient and kind even when we changed the order on them countless times over the course of the month. They gave us a great price, offered to open up earlier just so we can pick it up earlier (due to the schools hours), and even delivered 3 trays of stuffing we had forgotten to take with us today when we picked up the food! All in all, I give these guys a 12 out of 10, and we will certainly be working with them again in the future! P.S.- The food is delicious! The kids were asking if we were having the same food as last year with the same people and when we said "yes" they broke out in huge smiles and looked forward to it again this year! If our picky eaters LOVE the food, that speaks volumes for just how yummy the food is!

Went for sum 1/4 roasted chicken for their "$5" lunch special having it there and they said they didnt have it but im looking at 2 whole roasted chicken!! I was just hungry I took some chicken breast with rice and beans and instead of 5$ they changed me 6$ and change ... I guess they charged me for their tap water... I couldnt finish eating it ; I just puked all the food out!! Supposedly is Boricua food, its all false advertisement ... I will never go back!!

One time I went here and there was a paper on the door stating it failed inspection. Another time I came here I saw a group of police raiding the place! You cant see anything inside of the place from the outside, they have it completely covered with window decals. I like to know what I am walking into before I go in. Customer service is pretty bad. I like to feel welcomed when I go to a place. Enter at your own risk.

Place has horrible service .Went in was not aknowledged by no one its like i was asking for free food . The person upfront finally came over while still talking to kitchen staff.They were conversating about how hortible she was. Never again will i step foot on there .

Went in for some fried chicken and quesitos, but no luck. They were out. Settled for a steak sandwich and a cuban sandwhich. It was so good, it totally made up for not having what i originally went in for. Gross restrooms but who cares as long as the food is good.

I love this place so much. Theyre always packed but the wait is worth it. Their chicken is life changing. My bestie introduced me to restuarant and ive been back ever since. One of my favorites in Kissimmee.
