The general manager is RACIST. At the job, all the white people worked in the front, and all the black worked in the back. All the black people / cooks stayed past 1:00 am. The GM is rude, and disrespectful to new people. Also, no one works as a team. There are new workers in and out of there so recent it’s crazy. Place is so unprofessional. Dining area is gross. This place needs shut down.

I wanted the 3 tenders meal on the board for $5.99 but it rang up as $6.59. When I asked why the difference the girl told me that was the price that came up on the register and she couldnt change it, So I paid the $6.59 and asked for sauce for my chicken and all they gave me was honey - no sauce. This was store H950040 on 5/26/13 at 12.13PM

Without a doubt the worst chicken I have ever ate in my entire life. I actually saw the fat girl behind the counter take a piece of jo jo out of the fryer with her hands and eat it and a piece of chicken in front of me then wipe her fingers with her shirt and then proceed to touch my food

Sometimes the employee running the drive-thru forgets to put my cookie in my $5 Famous Bowl Fill-Up and I dont notice until I get home. Went back a few weeks later for the same thing, told a different employee at the drive-thru about it, received a few extra cookies for my trouble.

Service at times can be fast and other times mind numbingly slow. The eating area is always clean, however the floors are generally very slippery (must be the cleaners they use). Food has always been to satisfaction, just that service can be slow and the floors dangerous.

Some confusion trying to place our orders. New girl? They didnt ask if we wanted butter, jelly, or sauces for our biscuits and chicken fingers which are kept behind the counter. We had to ask for everything. They have moist towelettes but again you have to ask for them.

horrible customer service wanted extra crispy and it was anything but even a little crispy most of the breading fell off before you could eat the chicken Churchs chicken is crispier the kfcs extra crispy so from now on they have my business its also a lot cheaper

This is a good KFC. We live 20 minutes away maybe and when we go there and bring the food home, it is still hot, so they package things right. The food is always good. Never ate inside so cant speak to that, but the drive thru is fairly quick.

This is one of the more consistent fast food places in the area. The only real issue Ive had is missing cookies in my fill up meals, but other than that I cant say I have had a bad experience with the actual quality of the food.

They didnt give the drink in the drive thru. When I went in the floor was a mess with food all over. And it took at least 5 full minutes of me standing there to get someone to acknowledge me to correct it.

After waiting for 10 minutes go my 8 piece fried chicken. Got home ,opened it up and its almost black!! Burnt chicken. Husband tries calling no answer. Horrible food.
