My mom and I came in at 9:45pm . We sat down to eat around 10 till close, when an employee came and asked us to hurry up that they were closing in five minutes. We ignored the comment and continued to eat. Then a few minutes later he came back and said hey I told you to please hurry up that we were closing, at that point I got upset and told him he couldnt kick us out like that. I talked to the manager and he said that the guy was new on his second week. already called corporate office and made a formal complaint. The manager there yasser is an idiot and the entire staff is slow. It took then ten minutes to greet us and take our order and only 2 minutes into our food and they are kicking us out. Never in my life did I witness such unexceptable customer service.

Like the other user (Luis) said, this restaurant is always empty. This used to be one of the most popular spots in the area. Bad service and rude management has taken this place down. Whatever happened to "Have it your way? The manager and employee got mad at me because I requested a freshly fried fish sandwich. Not once, but twice they ignored me completely and gave me the oldest piece of **** fish I ever had. The second time it was burned like I have never seen before. NEVER go to this restaurant if you want friendly service. They never have their friers on and everything comes from this little shelf that they pull out. Even when you ask them not to. What a joke!

Worst BK ever. You never know what you might get and they you take a chance that they are even open on time. So I stopped checking to see. Will no go back to this one or maybe any of them. Attitudes are bad most of the time and I can do without that. Owner must not care, things havent changed in all the years Ive lived here.

Extremely rude service. We went through drive thru. the place was empty yet an employee by the name of "Guido" felt the need to repeatedly ask us what we wanted with out even giving us a minute to decide and get more and more aggressive with his tone to rush us. Also the fries seem old.

Lunch time on a sunday. Food was so old. Was asked to drive up because of the timer. Girl brought me my order to the car on her phone texting didnt say anything just gave me the bag and turned around.it was so horrible. The food and the service. At least they are friendly at McDonalds.

No pankcakes eventhough, the breakfast was over. No breakfast all day like Mc Donalds, somebody has to change this!!! 2 meals for $17.15 r u kidding me, might as well go to Applebees for 2 for $20.00
