Considering that those other Burger Chains would get half a star from me, three stars is a rave review. They offer many ways to have your grass-fed beef burger assembled and although the patty was a little small for the price the upgraded taste was obvious. Jeff at the counter was extremely patient explaining to a first-timer all the different condiments, toppings sauces and sides available. The lettuce was crisp, tomato fresh and the side of onion rings was excellent. Beer and wine in addition to the traditional soft drinks and waters are a nice touch and I saw a lettuce wrapped burger for those that are on gluten-free diets, or simply dieting. If youre looking for a reasonably priced relatively quick meal in a comfortable, clean environment I recommend giving Burger-Fi a visit.

A simply amazing burger chain. All natural ingredients. Angus, antibiotic free, grass fed, free ranging beef. Many say its the best burger theyve ever had. Chairs and tables made from recycled soda cans and milk jugs. That cool Coca Cola machine that lets you mix your own flavors. If you want a cheap, quick burger, theres places for that. Here, you wait a couple extra minutes for real quality. The vegetable based quinoa burger is even amazing. Heck, I also have had the chicken apple dog done Chicago style and it is absolutely worthy. The pile of hand cut fries is enormous. The restaurants are attractively decorated. They even make a good grilled cheese sandwich. You must try this place to believe how good it is.

Great place! We have been there so many times! The food is amazing and the customer service too. People complain about the wait, but if you think about it, it is nice to go to a place where your food is being prepared after you ordered it!!!! I gave a five star for simple reasons. 1. Food is delish 2. Ambience is great 3. Employees are friendly 4. Last but not least, I placed and order for pick up a couple of days ago. When I got home I noticed they forgot to add one burger. When I called Manager Leticia was so nice, she apologized for the inconvenience and let everyone know that I had a credit. They stood to their word and when I went there again they knew about it

I came here because of a recommendation. It seems very trendy and clean. I ordered "The CEO" their current signature burger and was not impressed. The picture makes it look very delicious, but what I received was one of the messiest and greasiest burgers I have had in quite some time. The filling tasted great, but the actual patties were just flavorless and greasy. I believe "The CEO" is the only burger that uses Wagyu beef so maybe their other burgers that use Angus are better. I felt too unhealthy after eating here to return anytime soon to try something else.

I simply am not a big fan of burger fi. Not because of there food but it clearly states that it closes at 11pm and every time I go to try their food, its early like 8 or 7pm and every time its already closed. Maybe if I had the opportunity to try their food I would change my rating but nonetheless; its not changing! Thanks, Law crow and his fiance

Had I made this review 6 months ago, it may be 5 stars, but my last 3 visits have been anything other than that. The previous two times, our food took 30 minutes due to disorganization of the kitchen staff. This final time, our fries are cold and their portions have totally changed. Sigh. I guess its time to find a new burger spot.

Very good fries & veggie burger. However, the peanut oil (which is used to cook all the food❓❓) alert is not conspicuously placed. Should be placed right in front of registers. Very close call tonight... My younger son has peanut allergy. Luckily my older son saw the sign after we ordered, before he ate any.

We get the "green style" lettuce wrapped double bacon cheeseburger and love it. Its our go to Burger spot. Great fresh fries and the frozen custard is a must try.
