Just went to this place because I wanted breakfast. Waitstaff was just hanging around. Just walked in seated ourself, no one came over after 10 minutes I almost walked out finally a.male waiter came over. My wife and I asked for breakfast and was told we couldnt cause of the time. So she ordered a grill cheese was told couldnt get it cause of machine being broken. So she ordered a bit and I got the burger. After our meal we noticed 3 young ladies eating eggs and looks like breakfast. My wife approached the waiter who had and stupid ass look on his face like he didnt know what happened when we saw him take their order.........that pissed me off.......I gave this place 1 star......the burger was good, they had miller light.........my wife gave this place 0 starts.....her 15 bloody Mary SUCKED and her BLT was gross. I WILL NEVER come back to this place. The waiter was and ass and it was extremely over priced. Go to Pizza Hut.....cheaper and friendlier. The staff in the place SUCKED. Im pissed I wasted money.......

On January 19th we had the opportunity to eat at the Counter Burger, D concourse at the Miami International airport, After enjoying a sumptuous burger and all the fixings (and of course a cool Sam Adams) American Airlines changed our gate to concourse E. In our haste to get to our new gate I inadvertently left my credit card at the restaurant. Upon my return home I realized I was missing the card and and an account check showed the Counter Berger was the last charge. After contacting Raphael and Carolyn by email at the Counter Burger I was advised that the credit card was stored in their safe and they contacted the credit card company security and was advised to destroy the card, Thank you very much for my concern. We sometimes forget there are people that care about others.

Horrible bar service. She never greated anyone. Once she spoke to you she was very friendly. Put her own tasks above service to the customer...restocking glasses etc. Never competed one task without being asked to complete it. "Can I get my change?" Just didnt seem to have any customer service training.

Poor service waiting, waiting and waiting . The asking everyone who is standing around who is our waitress. Then finally a waitress shows up giving us excuses and more excuses. WOW I just wanted to eat in an airport. I think the manager was joking with everyone having a good time stopping everything. Dont go

I had the Taco Turkey and my husband had the mini cheeseburgers. We both enjoyed our choices. Food tasted fresh and hot. The taco turkey burger didnt resemble a taco in the least, but it was excellent nonetheless. Would eat here again. Only thing is the wait staff can be a tad slow.

Serving personal, without even asking permission withdrew salt from your table, to give it to other customer, while keeping hand over your food!!! Gratuity is added to the bill!!! Prices are ok for airport, food is good, service NOT.

Awful service. Food is good. But the waiters dont care. Theyre walking around, talking with their buddies. We werent even approached by our waiter. The hostess had to take our orders and bring the food.
