Have been at these specific location a few times... And service is always below average... Seems like we always have to be chasing our waiter/waitress to get our drinks.... Sighs** Las night we went to celebrate my nieces graduation.... (All of us were very hungry) .... We placed our drinks in first and I placed my little daugthers chicken strips meal.... When my daughters meal was ready... I saw and heard the waitress telling the guy who was helping her... To put the plate in front of my daughter (my daughter is only 2 years old) and I said... "No.... You give that plate to me... Cause I need to cool it off" the waitress just disregarded the fact of putting a plate of hot food in front of a toddler it is DANGEROUS and nor proper! .... So we continued to wait for our food.... (I had ordered some sandwich that was supposed to had bacon and BBQ sauce w/ onion rings) ... Everyone ... (And I mean EVERYONE IN THE TABLE) got their meals... but me!!!! Then I think she realized she never put in my order... So she approached m and said "maam your order it if comming right out" I waited about another 20mins after she said that.... I can tell she forgot cause I remember I specifically requesting for the chicken to be well cooked.. and that chicken I got wasnt well cooked.... .. It is just disappointing that she rather offered me "fires while I wited longer... In stead of telling me up front she forgot to put in my order... And even more disappointing how they have a lack of professionalism ... Those ppl are in need of new training

Do not come here!! It just opened and I already had a bad experience, actually I didnt even make it in the door. They opened their doors for service but had an invite only event today and tomorrow. This place is a burger joint (you would think Chef Ramsey cooks there) be it as it may, there were no signs indicating it was a private event and they were turning people away @ the door which was very embarrasing. To make things worse the attitude was how dare you come with no invite and even though they apologized the tone was non apologetic. Very poorly managed opening and very unprofessional. I will never go there and I live a block away. I urge you not to go. *** In rsponse to the Red Robin advocates: I don"t need a free meal and I dont flip burgers for a living however, I do know good service and I know that they way things were handled was inappropriate. Turning people away from your business is NEVER a good option. You incentivize them to come back if you failed to make clear it was a private event. I go to many private events and when folks try to get in because the event did not properly advise it was private they are very, very apologetic and they give the person a voucher to come back another day and not wait or, a free drink or just a manager giving out his card and chatting for minute apologizing and welcoming the person back another time. What I got was a cold "you are not on the list" and "you can come back onday if you want". If you want? Ha! Never going there and will make sure no one in my circle does.

I recently was hired at red Robin and the entire experience was horrible. The only pleasant thing about red Robin with the hiring manager. They even started training mean with someone who had never actually been formally trained. The person got certified to do training the day before I actually started and all we ever did was look at an iPad. My trainer was rude shady and constantly gossip about everybody that was working there to me and this was within my first few days. On top of that the unprofessional level of the entire management team is out of this world Ive worked at many chain restaurants including Red lobster, Olive Garden, Johnny Rockets, Fridays, just to name a few and Ive never been treated so Im professionally and any other position that I have there. Including how my trainer was treating their guest/customers was very rude and unprofessional I would not recommend this location to anyone and I would actually say stay away from here because if the staff is any indicator of an experience everyone will be Unsatisfied

After walking in wet from a downpour, my girlfriend and I did not see a hostess at the host stand. So we sat in the bar area. A short man with no red robin attire on approached us angerly and said "you arent suppose to be sitting here and you would have known that if you would have waited to be seated." He spoke with a tone and demeanor that was not appropriate. We then asked if we could sit at the bar which was 4 feet from us. He said "well are you 21?" looking toward my girlfriend who replied "yes". He then said "you know what, let me see both of your IDs". At that point I said "you dont deserve our business," grabbed my girlfriends hand and left. Never going there again.

This does not deserve a star. This Red Robin in the Falls is a disaster. After not going for some time due to bad service and long wait times, we decided to go tonight only to be told the wait was 45 minutes. Why you ask? Because the kitchen was backed up. Lots of tables open, but they wouldnt seat you because of the back up in the kitchen. People leaving because they did not want to wait and still the only thing the manager could say is: "I dont know why the kitchen is backed up, but we can seat you, but it will take a long time to get your food as the kitchen is backed up." Why I asked? "I cant answer that" he replied. Some management it really sucks

I love Red Robin, but this experience sucked. The waiter didnt come to ask for drinks for about 30 min. We waited for our food as everyone around us got theirs. I had their bacon cheeseburger and asked for a little pink but when I got it, it was totally burnt. I mean black and crunchy burnt. When I showed the waiter there was no apology and I had to insist on sending it back. Which I hate to do. Ive seen Waiting. The only attentive employee was the bus boy who provided me with a take home container. The restaurant was not particularly crowded or busy on a holiday Sunday night, now I understand why.

Horrible experience, we went on Mothers Day Sunday night around 9 pm, the place was relatively empty, there was around less then 15 customers inside. We sat for around 20 minutes waiting for the waiter to take our order. I had to stand and look for her, the waiter was in the. Bar talking to her friends. She said she didnt know she had our table. We waited 30 more minutes for our food to come. We saw our food ready waiting at the counter by the kitchen for a good 15 minutes. The food was good, the fries a little dry. The waiter didnt give us napkins, I had to stand again and fetch her at the bar.
