Sooooo disappointed! We went to our 1st Checkers on Abercorn St. in Savannah, GA approximately 1 month ago and it was OUTSTANDING! We didnt go inside, so I cant comment on the inside facilities, but our Checker burgers were fresh, looked great, hot and tasted outstanding! Upon walking into this one, we immediately noticed a very odd and unpleasant smell... It made us decide to eat in our car, as opposed to eating inside, which we had originally planned on eating inside. My hunger over rode my common sense or we would have turned around immediately! We were greeted almost immediately, so we proceeded. The lady who took our order was very kind, fast and attentive. We got the same burgers, but what a difference between the two locations! The burgers were almost completely cold and looked like they had been sitting around for too long and were haphazardly thrown together. We wont be back and this experience has completely changed our impression (negatively) of Checkers! Its a chain, therefore there should be procedures and quality control, which would provide consistency between locations!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. We had 4 orders and gave each of them loudly and clearly and when we paused so the person could type and each time she would ask, rudely, "are you done". Then when we got to the counter they did not get our order right, and when we were trying to ask for the rest of our order, the manager came over and asked are you really gonna hold up the whole line? and then when we finally had to go in and repay for the food we should have originally gotten the cashier rolled his eyes at us. This is the second bad experience here for us The Checkers in Fort Pierce is good and I have never had problems.

I forget every time how bad the food is and yet come by after not eating here for 6 months and willing to give it another try. I came at 11pm tonight as I was hungry and its close and felt if I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries surely theyll make it fresh. Nope, order came out quick and you can tell they hadnt had any business in while. No telling how many times the fries were re-fried for customers and the sandwich nuked. I wouldve gladly waited 5 mins to drop fresh fries and fry the chicken properly. Disappointing each time. Ugh, Im writing a fast food review. How pathetic.

This place smells like sewage but its raining outside so indoor dining it is. The cashier have me a nod instead of a greeting and I shrugged it off and say down. Well fifteen minutes pass of kitchen destroying loud noises and I finally get my food. The quality was no different than normal but it wasnt worth waiting so long for. I should have gone to my second choice especially after knowing about the police report of drugs being sold in the parking lot.

I went to this checkers and ordered a baconzilla only to find a long strand of hair. I went back in to get another burger and a worker started complaining that they were all wearing hairnets but I failed to find a single worker wearing one, he stated the hair was surely mine when the color and length matched his. He gave me the wrong burger back and said its the same burger I have him when it definitely wasnt.

This Checkers has a big issue when it comes to using their drive-thur. Ive never been there when I didnt have a 5-10 minute wait! Its always busy but having to wait every time is just ridiculous! Prices here are a little more expensive than other fast food places. I will give them props for having the best French Fries of any other fast food restaurant.

Cmon like yall ever had Checkers before! Checkers is the shizz and this one is a very respectable one. Have never had any issues with this crew. In fact, a manager that works there once allowed me to leave oweing a dollar fifty. She probably doesnt work there anymore and I never payed that debt. Highly recommended this spot!

Their Premium Chicken Club is Delicious. And their survey that you get on their receipt is great. You go online, fill out a 2 min questionnaire and then get a promo code. Now you can buy a large drink for $2.33 and get a sandwich for free. That comes with the receipt and you could do it all over again.

Excellent food quality & service! The manager at the Port Saint Lucie location is stellar. Very customer focused and the best good quality! The value & the many options cant be beat.. And their burgers are so flavorful! Awesome experience.

I didnt want to put this on the Checkers survey because the public doesnt see it. The workers here are very rude. A few times I drove off and didnt even order. Which is said, cuz I dont have many choices for a 30 minute lunch.

Food is good, but Assistant Manager John Butz is very rude! Every time we told him part of the order he would hit his buttons and then slam his hand on top of the counter and roll his eyes. Definitely wont be back here.

The manager for the afternoon had a bad attitude and told my husband because they messed up his order ( hes lactose intolerant and asked for no mayo no cheese) told him hes lucky to get free food. Very rude.

Nothing healthy here, but for an affordable fast food fix, their meal deals beat the rest for taste and variety. Shakes are good! Fast and friendly the couple of times we have gone there.
