This rating is only for the Coral Springs Burgerfi. The one I went to in Pembroke Pines is routinely great and gets a 5 star. This one in Coral Springs however, is terrible. Been here 3 times, all 3 times it was a horrible experience. First time we waited 20 minutes for our food after ordering. The fries were soggy and under cooked. The burger was tasty, but dry, much in contrast to the one in Pembroke Pines. The people who work here are awful. They dont care about their job, and its obvious. At least fake it. Attitude and impatience when taking our orders. No smiles, no greetings. A bunch of really young kids really. Poorly trained as well. The 2nd time it was more of the same. 20 minutes to get our food. The custard is really good, however... The third and final time it took 25 minutes, and would of taken longer if we didnt mention we were still waiting on another burger and fry. The fry? Super under cooked and soggy. Bottom line: Abysmal service and decent food that is cooked badly. Stay away from this one.

If you see a review below 4 to 5 stars for this place just classify those people as high-maintenance, taste-bud lacking and grumpy people. I love coming here. Its simple: You order, you wait for your food to be ready, pick it up and then you eat the most delicious burger ever and go home happy. 1) The patties are not too thin, youre just probably used to eating BK Whoppers and dont know the size of a normal burger 2) They are packed with delicious flavors so to say they are tasteless you should probably go get those taste buds checked out buddy! 3) Service sucks? Uh yeah no. You pretty much just pay and pick it up yourself. Maybe those complaining about service were just super hungry and impatient to get their burgers. On a serious note: This really is such a great place. I love the BurgerFi sauce! I have no negative comments.

I ordered for our monthly office meetings for the last 3 months. The first time it was ok the food was good so we ordered the second time we preserved the food an hour before picking up when I got there it wasnt ready and they gave us a B.A.D burger with no meat patty in it. The manager Robert was extremely helpful and offered to give us a free burger next time we ordered. Now on the 3rd visit I ordered the food at 11:30 as it was a big order, I got there to pick it up at 12:45pm and our food was still not ready. They had our food in plastic containers under the heat lamps and the plastic was melted around our food. It was awful. I opened mine up and it was a patty on wilted lettuce sitting In a puddle of grease and sauce. I added a picture. We will never order from this place again.

I had a horrible experience at this location today I went to take my order and got a call and let the young lady at the register know I wasnt ready Im still looking and once I got off the call I got in line and she toke the order of the women Infront of me and once it was my turn she walked off and all the cooks kept calling for her to take my order but she refused and walked to the back of the store. So the cooks asked another young lady to take my order. I called to speak to a manager and spoke to a Rebecca that was no help! She said "sorry about that, if you come back again Ill give you a treat" my goodness Ive never been so appalled and disgusted. Called the corporate office and Im waiting to hear from the general store manager which Im told can be of better assistance.

Joey and Delilah were super awesome great service clean place AMAZING BURGER five guys is like burger king compared to these guys.Burger was great. Ordered BAD burger and it was a breakfast explosion. They have been the best customer service in coral springs. Delicious parmesean fries too.The employees treat it like it was their own buisness, which is every owners dream. Good job burgerfi you are doing it right! The whole staff was kind and outgoing. Everyone was genuine when saying hello and thank you. I could not be happier right now. Edit: The food was so good I shared with my wife.

A fun place to go for a bit different ambiance for fast food. The selection is fun and the ingredients are fresh. My first time in, I ordered a single burger. It was thin, to the point of being almost see-through. The same was true of the cheese. The fries, on the other hand were great and plentiful. Now we always order the double burgers, but the cheese is still an issue, I can hardly taste it. The prices are high for the amount of beef. If they would beef up their burgers and cheese, this place would get 5 stars, just for being fun.

Great Food!! Ordered the veggie burger and they brought me the one with the lettuce substitutes the buns. I didnt complain. They helped save me some calories. It was surprisingly really good!! And the fries are fresh cut potatoes!! However next time I have to take that to go because that place is sooo dirty!! Oil all over the seats and tables. Floor felt like I was in back of house with no nonslip shoes. There was basically nobody there so I dont understand why they couldnt clean up since hey had nothing else to do. Great food though

Cheese burger was pure fat taste - had no any flavor at all... And burger bun becomes cardboard flat after first touch and no taste whatsoever. Waste of money! Fries good... The top one... On the bottom of the tray - those became soggy in a hurry. Bút the onion rings.... The BEST in the all south Floridá... Crunchy, big, juicy inside! But be careful... We came company of 3, and couldnt finish one Large onion ring portion.... There was 8 BIG - in a size of a wash bowl onion rings!!!! Thanks for those:)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I work down the st and have come a few times with co-workers. The food is good but the service is horrible. The staff is slow and simply not helpful. Once I asked when my order would be ready and two employees began to argue right in front of me. One of the employees took my food and walked right past me. They either need better training or better people. The wait time is ridiculous and the fries are always burned to a crisp. I will never come back here again.

pro: fresh burger, large variety of sides, nice atmosphere.... con: single cheeseburger with bacon, large fry, and drink is almost $13... single burger is small, bacon is cheap and thin considering a slice is $1.50, huge fry but was not cooked crispy to order, employees arent motivated at all and slow service and negative attitude... five guys is the better deal with a slightly larger burger, less grease, much better fries, and chop chop service

Burgers were perfect! You get an abundance of fries with three onion rings in the "Cry & Fry". (A regular order of fries would have been a better choice for us, but if you like onion rings - just order those, which I saw was a generous portion.) Service was terrific, as this was our first time there, the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We will definitely come here again on our next visit!
