I am always very impressed with Chick Fil A and I love that the franchise owners are held to an exceptionally high standard, their employees are always very friendly and always seem to want to make sure you have a good experience. However, the last 3 trips to this Chick Fil A have caused disappointment, I ignored the first 2, but the 3rd time in a row has pushed me to write a review. The first 2 times my aggravation was minor, but it was annoying, I ordered the grilled nuggets and the superfood side salad, both times through the drive thru and was planning to eat in my car, neither time I was given a fork, Im not sure how they expect anyone to eat the superfood side salad without a fork. Yesterday was the same order, grilled nuggets and a superfood side, this time I made sure to get a fork, however, they did not give me the nuts topping packet for the superfood side salad and barely put any dressing on it. Unfortunately, that salad with very little dressing and without the nuts, is not good and may have ruined it for me because I did not enjoy it at all.

the quality and quantity of their food is superior to any other fast food restaurant, ever. other fast food reataurants need to have their employees trained by them, to learn how to meet and serve customers they way they should be. we do not mind spending our food dollars here, because they really seem to appreciate the business. I have been to elegant restaurants and did not receive the attention shown to me at this Chick-Fil-A and includes their "TOP NOTCH CATERING".

They really exemplify what Chik Fil A has become known for. Great service and great food. The line that wraps around the building can be intimidating, but they definitely are fast and efficient. I have NEVER had an order that was wrong. I actually had the pleasure of helping the owners at my place of employment and they are the loveliest people you could ever meet! I actually dont mind driving a little out of my way to show their location patronage!

Make several trips to 9 mile location a week. Tonight I wanted a shake. Drive up server told me I was the one hundredth customer. So I won a half dozen cookies. Yay me, yay Chick-fil-A you guys are the best in town. Always helpful if you have an issue, rare but it happens, they are more than willing to make it right. for the person who never wins, Im feeling very lucky. Thank you all very much. We will definitely enjoy our cookies!

I know Chik-fil-a is efficient but this spot brings it to a whole new level. The line could be wrapped around the building and spilling into the adjacent parking lot and you still only have to wait in it for 6 mins max. Sometimes they have two employees with ipads and card readers taking orders. Super friendly and the order is always right. plus..... fried chicken.... what more is there to say.

Always a great chicken sandwich, however, the parking and drive thru are a nightmare. I do appreciate the fact that this location was one of the first in the area to incorporate technology into their drive thru by having an employee outside when the line gets long, taking your order on a tablet, this greatly reduces the amount of time in the drive thru. The food is always consistently good.

First off the food is always awesome here, and the staff is so sweet. However, I had come in at about 9 am and ordered a biscuit with chicken and egg; it took them 25 minutes to give me my order. There was tons of people who were receiving their meals before me who came in 5-10 min after. Needless to say Im super disappointed that the consistency isnt the same every visit.

I am disappointed once again that my order through the drive through was incomplete. I did not receive the dressing for my chicken wrap that I requested. In the last month, my chicken nuggets quantity was less than I ordered. A few times there was not a single napkin in my bag. I know you work hard to provide quick service, but please try to have your orders correct.

BEST Chick-fil-A EVER! :) The Student Ministry at Hillcrest Baptist orders catering from this Chick-fil-A all the time, we hang out there after church on Wednesdays, and eat there many days during the week for lunch. We LOVE this location! The staff is so kind and helpful, food is always perfect, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed!

Chick-fil-A delivered on time with excellent quality! I had an office event and need a reliable restaurant to deliver and boy did they ever! Chick-fil-A is like a well oiled machine..they are so efficient. They provided everything from catering tongs, spoon, plates and cups...I didnt even have to ask! I highly recommend!

I love CFA. This one is very hard to get in and out of due to the parking and drive thru configuration. Additionally, this unit holds the distinction for the only CFA to ever fail to include my full order in the bag. Besides these issues, the staff are kind and the food quality is what you expect.

Never had a bad experience at this location. The staff does an excellent job of providing great customer service and hot food everytime. Chik-fil-a could have 20 cars in the drive thru and be faster than Mcdonalds when im the only damn car in the drive-thru.

And after 30min sitting in the drive thru, finally got my food, not efficient at all unlike the chick-fil-as in Georgia, double drive thrus and they still have people outside taking orders and payments.... this one, none of that....

my grandaughter loves to eat at chick-fil-a nine mile road! she can have icedream instead of a toy and the playground is always so clean! i love that the staff is friendly and puts my needs first! keep it up!
