Disappointed. Tried the buffet for the first time and probably wont be back, not for the buffet anyway. Very expensive and limited food choices. For the main entree, it only had fried bone-in chicken original or extra crispy. They had four trays and they were all filled with the same type of chicken. I was hoping to be able to get chicken tenders or popcorn chicken, not bone-in chicken. There was an employee tending to the buffet and she said she could get me some popcorn chicken and then I never saw her again after that and I never got what I had asked for. There was no macaroni and cheese on the buffet, which disappointed us, and the salad croutons were stale and mushy, not crunchy like there supposed to be. It definitely wasnt worth the price we paid, it wouldve been a alot better deal to just get a couple of meals instead of the buffet!

Visited within the first hour of opening today. The food was freshly cooked with good flavor. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. The floor had small water spots to indicate the floor was mopped recently. Looking at the floor, it appeared to have not been swept very well and looked as though it was not mopped with clean water as there was a residue covering the complete floor. Every table and countertop looked as though someone had taken a dirty damp washcloth and just wiped down the surfaces leaving behind a murky residue. I chose not to dine in today and ordered the food to go.

Should have know that it was going to be aweful when I tried to specify which sides I wanted and was rudely interupted and she went on for 5 minutes on what I could and not substitute on rather than listening for another 30 seconds. Second clue the it was going to garbage was that they had it in the bag before I even pulled up to the window. As soon as I opened the bucket there was several pieces of Original and the Extra Crispy was Extra Soggy. I guess regardless of what you order they just give you what they cooked 3 hours ago an should have thrown out. Should have went to Popeyes!

I didnt have a good experience with the front counter person on 5/24/2017and the manager on duty was very rude, I ordered the $5 box leg &thigh got 2legs, she wasnt coursty at all and really should have better training on her peoples skills, Im sooo upset with my visit Im never going back, you guys need to train your managers a little better) are maybe just this one (she is black) and also the front counter person, I dont usually complain but tonight was very rude.... Im calling corporate to get my problem solved.....thank you

Pretty decent KFC , one of the few that has the buffet. Service can be inconsistent, some days good other days not so good. Chicken is fresh and consistent with KFCS standards. Some employees can be friendly others seem to be just passing time, its a little off the beaten path so its probably a lot of regulars that eat here who are not too cocerned about service or consistency, they just want the chicken.

Gross!! Dont go to this location. I found a pubic hair in my food. If you want KFC, go to the 9th ave location. They just had a remodel and are VERY clean. And the manager was nice and accommodating. I had a coupon that could only be used at the 9 mile location and the manager at the 9th ave location took it even though she didnt have to!! Thanks for that.

I just went up to this KFC to get food for my siblings and water. Well I got the food and forgot all about the water. By the time I was at the stoplight to cross over nine mile, a nice gentleman named Q was yelling and running to our car. Just to give me that water. He had a bright smile too. I absolutely love this KFC and their service. Thank you!!

Went Im to this KFC once, and the food was soggy and unappealing. Went In again today to try the chicken bowl, and not only is the restaurant gross, its ghetto and unsatisfactory. Rest in peace KFC

Slow kept asking for more chicken. Ask for chicken legs original she went back to get them took 5 minutes to grab in all kinds other chicken and she come out with two chicken legs original .

Chicken was inedible; extremely salty and over cooked. For $37; I was able to consume the potatoe wedges (small) and drink. A total waste of money; I will not return.
