Greg is right. They NEVER have the correct order. Im getting sick of it. I usually never complain about food but they seriously ruin it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. In the last two months Ive gone to the one on nine mile FOUR times. Im pregnant and I constantly crave Popeyes lol. They got the order wrong ALL FOUR TIMES. I just got back from there about an hour ago and not only did they forget to put some items in there, whoever was operating the drive thru was so rude. Ive had her ALL FOUR TIMES. She literally told me thank you and drive to the window to pay three different times because she wouldnt let me finish my order. Paying 30$ for food and not even getting all of it is infuriating. She does this every time.

Check your food before you leave. For twenty years Ive been going here because its closest to my house, they give me plain chicken 50% of the time that I order spicy. I keep thinking theyll get it right, they havent. Its disappointing and ruins your dinner when youre craving Popeyes, drive over there, wait for them to make more chicken, only to get home with the wrong food. At least they will give you a free meal on your next visit if you complain, but theyve ruined several of my dinners over the years. Ill just change the channel when their commercials run.

I like the flavor of Popeyes chicken, and I love their red beans and rice...but...I just returned from Popeyes (Nine Mile Road), with their ten piece chicken meal, and this is what the pieces consisted of: 4 wings, 3 legs, 2 thighs, and 1 breast piece. Thats right, seven of the ten pieces were wings and drumsticks! I consider this a complete rip-off. Ill probably visit Popeyes again, but Ive learned to ask first what the pieces consist of and then check at the counter to make sure they arent ripping me off again.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would! Food was sub-par. Didnt receive one of our meals, which, we ordered a lot so it was a mistake, thats fine. But, the lady behind the counter said, "ok, hold on" and turned around and told her manager that she had to leave.... but never told him about our missing food!! Co2 on the drink machine was empty. Couldnt even throw our trash away because the garbage was overflowed. Very disappointed.

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star! This was my first time eating popeyes EVER! I was lured in from the shrimp basket commercials and so me and my boyfriend decided to try it! WORST MISTAKE! UGH. The order taker was very rude and he rushed us through our order! UGH. To have a first experience like this is horrible. I suggest to everyone. . .just go down the road to ZAXBYS. Im sure you will have a much better experience!!!

After several visits to this location I can honestly say the only consistent thing about this popeyes is how horrible they are. Customer service is some of the worst I have seen. The food quality is non-existent. You can also throw your order being correct out the window.

I stop going there about 2 years ago . The manager very rude. The chicken was very small peaces. I email the company a complain that went back to manager. She call me and said do I have a problem. She has a very bad attitude . I do shop at NO Popeyes never again. KFC

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ENTIRE ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Twice Ive been to get family meals Both times I was shorted a box of chicken! They always correct it the next time we come and mention it, but then the next time they miss stuff again...

Extremely slow service and lack of preparation during a dinner rush. They took my order and then my money and asked me to wait, which I did, for 15 minutes. Not happy, left me feeling as if I should just make it at home.

This place needs a competent manager. Its total mayhem and the attitude of the employees is not up to par in a respectable business. They think they cant be replaced. . They need to clean house and start over.

I love eating here. Food is great and some good blackened ranch dipping sauce. Sometimes a little busy and dirty tables. Watch out for the car size pot holes in the parking lot. Staff is friendly.

Aside from the 10 minute wait to order, my fries were cold and soggy, one chicken tender had fat all in it and another one had hair in the breading. The biscuit was still good
