The white female cashier for the front counter at 12:45 pm on Wednesday March 29th had a shity attitude while taking my wife and I order!! My wife asked her why the picture on the inside menu for combo #8 had a side order of mashed potatoes showed as part of the meal received for the #8 combo but when we tried to order it the cashier said no side on it..she told my wife I dont care what the picture shows read below it and you can see that the potatoes are not included! Making that statement to us with a Bad Attitude and huffed at us like we got on her nerves by asking the simple question!! Wow she clearly has bad customer service skills! We came to eat lunch not to have to deal with a attitude from the lady taking our order...I spoke to the store mgr,and the drive thru cashier before I left the building and they both were very friendly and professional! So if youre going inside KFC(In Pace) to eat around lunch time through the week stay away from the little short white girl cashier unless you want to deal with a bad attitude and unprofessional employee! Food was good!just not the service! Thanks

Horrible service. Extremly long waits. My husband ordered 2 family fill ups and paid for them, he got the order and it looked like 1. He questioned the girl and she assured him they put it all in one. We live 20 minutes from that KFC. I called the store to let them know what happened and they refused to answer the phone. I had to repeatedly call to get they to answer the phone and when they did the girl assured me that my husband had already come back through. She kept calling me hun and refused to give us the other meal that we paid for. When I asked her what my husband was driving, she gave the wrong vehicle. When I told them that, they told me I could come get the other meal. They were very rude and very condescending. I had previously done a lot of business there. I will never go back again.

Spent $27.87 tonight for chicken dinners.Adding KFC Pace,Fl. to my stay away from food. I am 72 years old and we have never had such bad food.Chicken was cold and dry,crispy skin was extremely hard,could not be eaten, one piece looked cooked but could not be eaten because it tasted raw.,mac n cheese was not edible as it only tasted like macaronni.Potatoes were tasteless the smidgen of gravy was good i think.French fries were stone cold.Extremely upset having spent money for what should have been a delicious supper and oh the cole slaw was immediately thrown away, because the dressing was white water actually splashed out of the little container.Had to spit it out.Would have given it no stars but had to click to post.

Not impressed at all. KFC is nothing like it used to be I purchased a $23 bucket of chicken , a family meal and when I got home and pulled off the lid the 8 or 10 pieces I purchased filled the bottom half of the bucket. Although the pictures show an overflowing bucket the pieces are so small its a joke. Never again will I eat at a KFC . Fool me once.......I realize it all they can do to make a profit , the irony here is there was a Popeyes chicken on this very spot, they tore it all down ans built a KFC.

The customer service is amazing, their food always fresh, tasty and served at the right temperature consistently without fail every time. And for reasonable prices. Customer issues dealt with immediate resolution. Dinning area, counter area , bathrooms and exterior maintained and kept clean. Ample convenient parking with disabled parking. With a quick drive-thru when youre needing it on the go. Open 7 days a week 10 am to 10 pm.

Delicious chicken as always from a KFC restaurant! This location has a drive thru, and the service through it is surprisingly quick. It is a brand new building, so it is extremely nice inside and out. It seems to be busy just about every time I have driven by, so prepare for a little bit of a wait.

Food look ok. Service is aweful,slow service and cold food. once I got home start eating, my wife mentioned that the chicken didnt taste fresh cooked at all like being sitting in the kitchen all day. I think they might got the recipe wrong....and I felt my stomach sick
