Oh well I dont know where to begin, I have had the displeasure of eating here on two separate occasions. The first time I went , It was because I was with a friend who was dropping off her boyfriend for his first day at this job. It was a Friday afternoon but it was slow. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes for someone to greet us and ask us what we want to drink. It was the restaurant manger/owner. We both got waters and proceeded to look at the menus. I look around and I find water stains all over the floors and can see that the decor items were dusty. When we ordered , the food took 30 minutes to arrive. It came and we got no silverware or chop sticks. we had to ask 2!!! times for them. the food was average nothing great. When the bill came. We paid it in cash and left. The manager runs out after us(I was thinking maybe my friend left something.. nope) she starts telling us that Tip wasnt included in the bill and that we should have tipped..... Lets just say my jaw dropped...I was about to loose it. Later that evening I found out from friends boyfriend that the underage staff gets paid under the table, They also are discouraged from washing their hands because it "waste time and youll eventually get them dirty again" They also put your left overs for you onto the little togo box with their bare hands!!!!! THATS SOO GROSS!!! and the manager is the one who instructed them to do so. I will never be returning to wasabi and I hope that they get shut down.

I very rarely leave reviews let alone being negative, but my experience here was very unpleasant. I decided to try this place with my family of 5, something new, we are all sushi lovers. Each of us ordered a role, when we arrived there it was not that busy and after we placed our order an hour later we still hadnt recieved our food and my children were starving, people that arrived after us had recieved there food. Then they bring out the order and my kids roles were the wrong order, my kids ate it anyways because they were starving. The attitude of the staff was depressing at best. They seemed like they were working in a sweat shop. My bill was around 100 dollars, 2 hours of misery, bathrooms digusting like walking through a back alley in new york ,definitly not worth it. Will NEVER!! come here again.

Food made us sick, we couldnt finish any of it. It was expensive, tasted like old fish, and customer satisfaction was non existent. They only cared about their tip and not why we left all of our food. We were extremely unhappy and felt like throwing up all night long. Horrible experience, do not recommend this place at all. We love sushi and sashimi but it was unedible, everyone was taking things to go and not finishing things around us. Honestly I would much rather prefer Mikan Sushi, Sushi Runner, RA sushi, even Publix sushi over this place... its sad really. My first 1 star review but Ive never felt so strongly about a place in my life.

I ate there And the waitress made a mistake with the card and she said she canceled the charge in the card so we had to pay in cash, we paid in cash and days later I check my bank and the charge was there, I went to Wasabi again to solve the situation and they said they have no charge and that is my problem with my bank, when was their mistake, been there several times and never toke care of the issue! They dont care about their customers!

The place is disgusting. Very dirty, the floor looks like they never vacuum, the kitchen smell very bad. full of dusty. I totally lost my appetite. I really dont know how they still open and serving food in this place. The customer service was great, but the place need a total clean up. I will not recommend anybody to eat in this place, if you do not want to get food poison and sick.

Took more than half an hour for our food to arrive. Portions are gigantic. The staff didnt seem prepared when they brought out the noodles. The restaurant smells not the best. I do NOT recommend, unless you are very dedicated to getting ok Japanese food. Now on to the food. I ordered the wasabi roll #3. It was ok. It was slightly rubbery and kind of sweet. 2/5

Our first visit. Im sure well be back. We had the Dragon Roll Sushi and the Michel Jackson Roll. They were both very tasty and fresh. Hand rolled by the sushi chefs at the sushi bar. The Micheal Jackson Roll was huge, filled with soft shell crab, fresh tuna, and eel with delicious crunchy outside. Its a must try!

The food is not bad, but the sushi roll are very big for one byte maybe you need two bytes for one roll for me is not ok, the chicken grill doesnt have a yummy flavor is very simple with teriyaki. The look of the place is dirty! Definitely were will not going back again. I took a couple pictures. The prices is ok.

Good sushi! Though it is very expensive so order wisely. Their fried rice used to taste good but became bland and overcooked. I do recommend for simple eaters the gyoza, miso soup, and shrimp tempura roll; and for more adventurous people eel sushi though small as said on menu. Its amazing.

This place has the best Japanese food you could find in Pembroke Pines or its surroundings. Forget about all the other places in the area, I have been coming to Wasabi for years and find it to be excellent. The quality of the food is superb.

This is the best Sushi in south florida. Everything is fresh. I highly recommend the Wausabi role. I travel 40 min just to enjoy that. Other highlights include the cpa role, miami roll, seafood soup, and steamed sushi shumai.

The food here is always delicious, with really big portions. The staff is always incredibly nice and theyve always given me a complimentary appetizer, plus warm towels to clean your hands. Highly recommended

Rollls are very well portioned and great taste/combinations, however the dining room looks dirty starting by the carpet at the entrance that is very sticky. Maybe delivery or pick up could be an option.

Over priced compared directly to competing neighborhood restaurants. Staff was locked in to the menu and unwilling to accommodate any variations. We wont be backed. And the music was horrendous.
