Tried this place out for the first time and it was awful. Ordered Beef Udon noodle and the broth was not hot AT ALL. It tasted really mediocre and bland. I ate one piece of the beef and it was outrageously chewy. I am not a picky person but I felt like I had to tell my server and return it. We had then decided for me to have another look at the menu. While I was looking for something else to order, another lady walks up to my table with a terrible attitude and says to me "how can you order something and then say you dont like it and return it" "thats a waste of food!" and "how are we supposed to run a business!" "IF YOU DONT LIKE OUR FOOD ITS NOT OUR FAULT" and told me I should PAY FOR IT (yeah right). Then she continued to say to me that I was wrong for not liking the soup and I should just LEAVE and not order anything else. I was so shocked at the amount of disgusting attitude I was given from this lady. I did not fuss and payed for my salad I ate and left. NEVER EVER AGAIN... P.s I saw the fish on the sushi bar and it looked like it wasnt fresh.

I ordered the seafood soup and there was barely any seafood considering the high price. I paid $40 in cash n asked them to put the remainder on my credit card. They not only charged me the full price on my credit card but also took my $40 when i confronted them about it they gave back the $40 with no apology or discount since they made me drive there 3 times for a mistake they made. The manager was not nice and didnt care even after ive been a customer for over 6 yrs. After this 2nd bad experience I am never going there EVER again. I just found a better and friendlier sushi spot called Mikan in west pembroke pines. The service there was way better the staff were more friendly and the sushi was better than sushi sogo so Mikan is my new sushi spot that i have started going and will be going for the next 6 yrs. I was very satisfied with everything there at Mikan.

Honestly voted worst Sushi to date for both my girlfriend and I. We eat sushi regularly. I eat anything. Couldnt do it here. Rice taste like it may be old and not seasoned well. Dynamite was horrible. Tasted like bland cut up scallops. Didnt get cutlery for my sons steak until it had been on the table 15 minutes. Asked for medium steak it was barely seared had no flavor and tasted like someone just poured bottled sauce on it. Rolls were large and uncomfortable to eat and obviously made with the same old rice. Asked for green tea got black. Must say though. Gyoza were the best I ever had. I dont know if it was a fluke night or not but I dont think Id be willing to find out.

Went there on December 24th with large group of friends. One of them ordered the Chicken Fried Rice ... and it was HUGE. It looked like a giant cake (at least 6 inches tall and wide) of fried rice ... and he ate half of it. Enough for at least 4 - 8 people to share. I had Japanese Bagel Roll and Dan roll. Both were very good, except the Bagel roll had the seaweed on the outside ... I prefer it on the inside. But it was pretty good. Another friend had the Chicken Teriyaki, and could not finish it, so I tried some. It was well flavored. Its a bit of a drive for me (45 minutes) from where I live, but I would go back when I am in the area!!!

I must first say that the sushi was wonderful, portion sizes were huge. But I cant help be just a bit disappointed that the food that I ordered was kinda a large order and in saying that I only had enough pickled ginger for at least six rolls. And the other thing was that its 5 bucks for delivery and it took an hour and a half to get it. Now out was good that I must say but I dont think I should be charged for each roll I wanna make spicy when alll you have to do is squeeze a bottle. Very pricey but good.

Hi This is what i think this business is I think it is really bad there is a employer that always tells you to tip her and she does it stop also there is this chef I went there with my family and the people were giving us a dirty look so we called and asked and the chef said that he does not want to give us food but the only reason he gave us food is because he was going to profit from giving us food. Hope you guys feel the same way(they were also making fun of us and my sister got so mad)

Old and rundown. Booth rocked and every time the person behind me moved I felt it. Sushi was unappealling to look at with no flavor. Rolls were creative back in 2000 but have not been updated. Clearly quantity over quality is what they provide but sacrificing quality in sushi is dangeroud. Needless to say after spending the next day bathroom hoping, I wont be coming back. Best sushi in cooper city multiple years, because it the only place for sushi in cooper city.

Came here about 3 times with the same experience every time. Sushi is mediocre at best- not tasty and falls apart when you pick it up because it is not rolled tightly. Miso soup was not hot every time Ive been here. The lunch specials are cheap so this place is more quantity over quality. Staff was extremely rude as well. It seemed as if they just wanted you to pay the bill and get out the door. Will not be going back.

I went to sushi sogo for the first time back in 2014. New to the area I was looking for a spot to take my girlfriend to dinner. Found this on Google maps. Man was I surprised! Great and wide selection of many sushi rolls. Warm sake, they even have some house ceviche which is pretty good. The Thai donuts are delicious so is the fried ice cream. I go to sushi sogo several times a year.

A little hidden gem in Cooper City. Great sushi with an exceptionally friendly staff. They make sure you have a good experience. The food is great and they would even make your own custom roll if you ask for it. The Chefs are very friendly and cater to every taste and wish... my kids love it here, they feel right at home. Good food coupled with good service.

Ive been to a massive amount of sushi place and this one has the best raw fish quality Ive had by far. There are large portions of sushi as well! (the sushi is about a quarter-half times bigger than your average restaurant.) My girlfriend had various vegetarian dishes and the tempura banana ice cream later which were huge portions as well.

This place used to be really good, but came under new management a couple of years ago and is no longer so great. I went back once the new owners were running it and was less than impressed with the quality of the fish, so I stopped going there and started frequenting Sushi Café, a local place about two miles away (Flamingo & Sheridan.)
